We asked if there was something up with ac and all they did was turn on a small fan in the back corner of the shop that is pointing to the roof. Opened the back door. Tonight's team sunday march 2nd 2025 had me waiting till the store was cleared with my 2 year old daughter they didnt even take my order the entire time i was there just for the same girl who said she'd be right with me to go and help the guy in line AFTER ME who came in way after me!!! I waited a little more and just left on the way back to the car my daughter peed through her pajamas! She had a fresh diaper when we left the house and i waited sonlong she peed through it im never coming back here ever again or ever reccomending it to anyone! Why have a sign that says "For faster service order here" just to ignore you chstomers not even a hi, welcome, or even a glance! Um the elotes are fucking dry that you can't even chew them. I'm guessing they were very old, they were even almost grey in color. The crepes were nasty And the limon agua fresca is nasty as hell. Ordered one of the most simple items on the menu, waffle con nieve. First of all, she took her sweet time just to put some ice cream and whipped cream on a waffle. Wasn't very nice and stared at me when my order was done to finally say "your order is ready" and waited for me to walk all the way to the end of the bar to grab it. It sounds so petty for me to complain about this but if she was nicer, I wouldn't have anything to say. Also, my shit is missing the choc and caramel syrup. Worst customer service ever! Not only that, it your manager employee was rude. There was absolutely open in the store while it was hot outside and they asked me to wait outside. Okay, I told her there was no one inside and they were about done with my order when she told me. Then when I grabbed my order I asked the manager a question when she rudely told me to wait outside next time. Okay! I live 30 mins away and when I got home I realized they forgot my elote en cazo and they gave me a legit waffle with one tiny scoop of ice cream. I ordered pepishots and it was nothing like the picture. I will never ever go back and never recommend this place to anyone. This place is crazy expensive. My brother went in to get 2 "tostinachos". His total came out to $16! For a bag of tostitos with cheese, beans, and jalapeños, it's too overpriced. Go down a couple of streets to La Fuente Michoacána. Much better prices. read more

The inside of this restaurant was cute but their AC must have been broken because it was really hot in there. I ordered a fruit cup but was pretty disappointed when I got it because the watermelon was over ripe and the cantaloupe was a little slimy and was going bad. I will say, the cashier was really helpful and nice. read more

Oh man! This place is the bomb.com! Given its proximity to Tin Man this place is great for antojitos and deserts. Ordered 2 marranadas (Hot Chirros (Cheetos for all your English speakers) elote and queso)) and a chilindrina. I have tried many different things, from elote to ceviche. The elote is not great at all, you are better off crossing the street and going to the elote guy in his truck. The ceviche is a hit or miss it's either fresh and good or not fresh and sketchy. The workers there are rude and you can tell they hate they're job. The seating is not comfortable at all and it gets really loud. I would not recommend especially if in El Paso there are tons of other places with the same items that are good. read more

Let me start with the snacks. They are ok, just like any other spot around town serving mexican style snacks. The prices are on the high side. Inside the place is extremely loud and they seem to have a loop of inappropriate music videos playing (just slightly less than soft-core pron). Not kid friendly at all. This bring me to the wait. 1 person ahead of my family. We order a cup of corn, churro split, and dorielotes. It takes 40 min to get our order. The person ahead of us complained about the wait also. The girls on staff shrugged their shoulders and said they are working on it. This is our second time here, as we always give places a second chance months apart before leaving a review. We had the churros and they took around 20 minutes to make them. They are made fresh but they are very greasy and not airy how churros are supposed to be.
