Absolutely loved being able to support a family owned local business!! We went in totally unplanned and let her make suggestions. Walked away with some of the most amazing crab cakes I have ever tasted and some beautiful boiled shrimp along with house made cocktail sauce. One fraction of the onion would be black and cooked while the rest was not even cooked. The onions needed to be cooked more and thinner to achieve caramelization and it really took away from the rest of the burger. I had a side of the pimento mac & cheese. It's very different from most other mac & cheese as the pimento and jalapeño add some spices you don't normally have in a mac. The atmosphere is exactly right, relaxed but still polished, with just the right amount of energy without feeling crowded or chaotic.
