In terms of quality, car is always clean when I come out. Love that my wheels are nice and shiny too. For about a year they do not clean aluminum wheels of dirt and brake dust that can lead to corrosion if left unattended. The auto wash machine does not clean the wheels of brake dust and road dirt. The two people towel wiping the car did not do the wheels with a towel to remove the dirt. I got a towel and wiped the aluminum wheels, the two people saying the car was ready just laughed. Neither speak English when I asked about dirt still on wheels. Laughing lazy bad attitude people get zero tip. Poor service and bad attitude of the owner on training and staff selection is what Northwest Car Wash has become, go elsewhere. Learn how to wash your car wheels if you chose this place for a car wash. Wipe down is also spotty, poor workmanship and supervision dies not work. Front of car remains with bug spots. Finish the wheel wash at home and get the front of the car clean yourself. Also unable to understand man at the payment counter, poor English. They have large trash containers too for you to get rid of trash. The place is kept meticulously clean and neat. I drive over 10 miles just to bring my newer car here. This was my first time here and I wanted to measure the quality before investing in a plan. I went with the Deluxe, which is fancy for "lowest tier", but I just wanted to get the salt off my car and undercarriage, which is part of the package. I was surprised to see that there was an attendant inside giving a little "pre-soak" from a hose to prime my car for the wash. Also, this wash doesn't have a tire track! It's literally a flat conveyor belt without any bumper or mound to push you along, which is great for those worried about scratching their rims. When I came out, I was pleased with the quality of wash, even at the lowest tier. There were a few residual spots, but nothing egregious and easily something that could have been remedied if I brought a towel for a quick wipe. Based on this experience, I will be back on a Sunday to get the full Ceramic Shield package and if that goes well, I'll consider a membership, as well as upgrading this review to 5 stars!

I had to point out fresh mud on the running boards and door jambs. Sergio was still vacuuming the truck bed with an old, worn shop vac when I arrived -- after saying the job had taken all day. Take a moment to look around when you drop off your vehicle. The "detailing area" is in a muddy, dirty alley with standing water and debris. The workspace itself appears minimally equipped. It does not resemble a professional detailing operation. In hindsight, the condition of the shop and alley matched the condition of the interior work: surface-level and incomplete. Many of the positive reviews are several years old. Based on my experience, I would not rely on them. Inspect your vehicle very carefully before paying.
