One of my favorite features is the sauna and steam rooms in both the women's and men's locker rooms -- such a nice way to unwind after a workout. The tennis courts are also really well maintained, and there's a great community vibe here with lots of people gathering to play tennis and pickleball regularly. The pools are nice as well, although during the winter the lap pool is the only heated pool, so it can sometimes be difficult to swim unless you're able to secure a lane. Overall, while the facility could definitely benefit from some updates, the amenities and active community keep me coming back.

I called to cancel which they did but as for a refund they sent a check to my Dead Husband that my bank said I cannot cash. This is ridiculous. I asked if they needed a death certificate or my marriage certificate they said no. They said they could only send check in his name because he was the primary on the account even though im on it too. I am disputing charge with my bank. This is horrible business practices. I would choose a different gym. I will be looking into a lawyer if this doesn't get resolved.

If he hasn't met you personally and you walk through the doors, he'll make a point of making sure he learns your name, along with introducing you to all the "regulars" so you don't stay a stranger for long. The gym facilities are nice and well managed, and Paul makes a great effort to address member concerns quickly, including promptly fixing/replacing broken equipment, and tracking down new equipment based on individual members' expressed desires. On top of that, this gym also offers the lowest rates in the area and is never so busy I can't get my normal workout in. If you live local to the Cameron Park area, this is the gym for you

He identified my pain generator in the exam, and taught me how to reduce my pain with positions and exercise. Besides the rehab, he also was working on me with ultrasound, soft tissue work and adjusting. After the first visit my pain was cut in half, after my third visit I was feeling 10% of the pain. By the end of the seventh I was feeling great for weeks so Dr. Andrew helped with me a progression program and told me to reach out if I ever had pain or would like a drop in for recovery. I never finished with a PT or chiropractor before and felt back to normal and more importantly better.
