Not bad at all my friends! I was a bit nervous coming in for the first time but the staff was really nice and not pushy at all. The space is brand new and nicely thought out. The actual workput was mostly rowing machines (which are really fun), treadmills, and some weights and lunges. The price is good, but for the same price and more facilities, you can go to Spokane Fitness Center or MUV. Their employees are almost always on their phone which I get, its boring, but at least be available for help. I've seen people waiting at the desk for a good 10 min while they're walking around on their phone. I eventually had to leave because I saw one of the blonde girls that wears a gallon of make up that works there doing some kind of shady deal with money outside the gym as I was leaving and she would bring her kid in and he'd run around the weights area while I'm power lifting. I'm not trying to have a kid run around me while I'm lifting. To top the experience off I went to cancel my membership, I cancelled it and they cancelled it on their end, but then restarted billing me out of nowhere a month after my membership was cancelled and the manager, Randy, wouldn't refund the $100 I got charged for those months even though it was a fault on their part when I just found out about it. Save the headache, go somewhere that's more professional and puts their gym goers first.

Small class sizes, awesome (well-trained) instructors, and top of the line equipment make for an enjoyable experience. The instuctors do a good job of modifying routines to address individual health issues (bad knees, recovering from shoulder surgery, etc). The overall atmosphere is fun and supportive.
