The first time I went in a few days later they had a mice infestation from the place next door and it seriously deterred me from going back in. I decided after a few weeks that I wanted to cancel and they then informed me that it wasn't a cancel anytime policy and I am required to pay them for the rest of the year. Unless you want to be misinformed and financially trapped I wouldn't recommend to anyone I know.

It was a high energy dance coreo set where she made sure all were included and shined with gusto during the end of class performance. She created a special 'ring of accountability' before and after the class was taught. A true safe space to your bold authentic yourself. This kind of teaching extends beyond one's 'self-care' and exists on a frequency of 'community-care' and supports the 'group mind' of a creative set of artists or people wanting to draw more outside the box. The steam room and sauna were clean and detoxes one perfectly and so does the amazing hot tub and plunge pool duo and while taken all in rotation it was downright Japanese in their easy flowing easy to access layout. For every uptempo aminity there are downtempo ones too. A special shoutout to soulful Elizabeth Brown who taught a mid-day Root Yoga course filled with the best energy and well paced kindness. This is my kind of class, it's solid and restorative in its pacing and keeps the yogi listening without the pressures of comparison. The facility was as expected: a huge room with a large number of cardio machines, free weights, universal training machines and a 30 minute circuit space. There are gender specific locker rooms with changing stalls and showers as well as the aforementioned tanning, massage chairs, and HydroMassage Since I was new to the brand and location (I joined via the app with no human contact) I asked for a tour of the facility. The space was very clean which impressed me. The locker room, showers, changing stalls and toilets all looked good. I was surprised that there is no towel service and you bring your own lock, no self locking options here. I used the treadmill, locker room (purchased a lock from PF for $5) and changing stalls. I would say the facility is what I would expect for the price. Not an expensive fancy club but a basic space where you can meet all your workout needs. I'm pleased with my membership and the friendliness of the staff. One thing my tour guide left out was there are sign up sheets for the amenities like tanning and massage. Don't forget to sign up!
