I live near and have tried this place a few times here and there because it is fairly reasonable priced, my most recent visit I tried to make an appt and an employee said just walk in we aren't usually busy on Thursday's so I walk and they're having a PAYING customer wait while the employees give each other pedicures. read more

The nails overall came out nice , however it was over crowded , dirty and super unsanitary . They used the same tools on me as the last client and didnt even bother cleaning or making eye contact . Also they didnt even let my nails dry all the way before telling us we could leave . Might try again but sorta disappointed . read more

A lady was supposed to help us initially, she went to tend to another customer before we finished talking to her. She had a man talk to us and he had no idea what I was talking about! All I asked was for him to take off my acrylics and put on regular polish on my real nails. The original lady came back after clearly insulting my friend and I in another language. Another customer went into the restroom and the man tending to her pulled out his phone and started playing on it; how unprofessional. All in all, these people are rude, unprofessional and they don't deliver. Again, the original lady left and tended to another customer when there was clearly enough staff to take care of everyone. Not coming back here. If I could give less stars, I would read more

I was told it would be 20 mins for my manicure today. I was there for 2 hours! I never got my nails done. I left. I will never be there again and their tools are NOT properly sanitized. I watched as each new person got the same tools as used on the last. Disgusting. read more

I had a really bad experience on coming here first of all when I walked in they did tell me if I needed help so I explained the guy how I wanted my nails and he got mad cause I am really picky he left me standing looking stupid and sat down a lady that just got there then he did my sisters nails and told her she was picky to and told her he wasnt going to help her so he left her the right side hand with long nails amd the left side with cut nails and lefy th3m like that do finally I got my nails done by a lary and she painted red and I got a pedicure and as soon as I walked out the salon my color was already gone the nails were creket never again will I come to this place read more

Went here for a last minute pedicure and I was seated right away to a visibly dirty and over crowded seating arrangement. But when it came to the nail cutting and shaping, I simply asked asked the technician to make my nail a bit shorter, but to my surprise she deliberately cut my nail much to short, causing me to bleed! After this, she does not even apologize and claims that it was my fault for asking for a short cut and states "that's because you asked for it." I will never come here again. I've had my nails done at many places and have never been treated so disrespectfully! read more

BAD EXPERIENCE I got a full set done a week ago, and within the first few days they started popping off. I called to complain, and they said to come in so they could fix it. I went, and after I talked to them they said I had to pay for them to fix it. I wasn't paying for something that should've been done correctly the first time. read more

They left my moms nails crooked , they used the same nail files and other things on me that they used on the person before me.. that's gross I don't know what the last person had before me like nail fungus or whatever .. dirty work stations the guy didn't even bother to clean up his station before he did my nails. There was finger nail clippings where he was doing my nails and my pedicure came off within 2 days of getting while I was on vacation... needless to say, I will never go back to snappy nails and will never recommend this place to anyone read more

Think twice before you decide to get a eyebrow wax here. You get what you pay for. Next time ill go to my regular place in P.S. I may have to drive a little farther and pay more. But at least I'd have a good wax job. Stick to what you know NAILS!! read more

ah it's a good day to get my nails done again , so my go to nail salon is snappy nails i love the workers they are so sweet & caring when it comes to customers , so i went in to almost closing time and this girl next to me wanted a full set acrylic and as the guy was doing her nails she wanted them longer but the guy charged her five extra dollars , when i had gone in to get mine done a couple days back i asked for the same thing and i didn't get charged extra for the length of mine, don't get me wrong i love this place a lot but set the prices the same for everyone :) read more

I walked in and asked for a pedicure . Pedicure cost is about $17 . They have an old and cheap nail polish selection. The floor and tools are dirty as well as chairs. I picked my color from the bad selection which was hard because most of the colors are too old to use. I was signaled by an older lady to sit . I put my feet in the water and it was room temperature. I told her and she did not care. Then I tried to get my massage chair to work and it did nothing but stall. I asked her 3 times about it and she ignored me . She could have said wait just a moment but nothing. The fourth time I asked another lady that worked at the salon came to help but my chair was simply broken. Which happens , so I waited and asked t o move chairs and was ignored. I waited again, near the end of my pedicure she moved me chairs while talking and laughing with all the women. I was so annoyed . Unfortunately I will not go back to this place again. read more
