    Metal staples in our salad
    Timothy W.

1 out of 5 stars. Would not recommend. The metal staples in our salad kinda ruined the texture and flavor of our salad. When I contacted them the refunded the salads only. I honestly think that was the minimal amount of customer resolution that could be reasonably expected for such a serious issue. Also, food quality is poor. I mean it is cheap but the food really leaves much to be desired. Update: Health inspector stopped by and found a stapler in their food prep area. So yeah. Not the best practices going on here.

Almost didn't try due to old photos on yelp. Glad we did! Received two nice pizzas and a delicious baked spaghetti. Big salad all had tons of cheese. They go light on sauce will ask for extra next time. There will be a next time because it was all tasty

Sure they have a catchy jingle, but Snappy Tomato needs more than a memorable market to change my mind about their less than praiseworthy pizzas. While the pizzas are cheaper than many of their competitors, Snappy cuts costs by using low quality ingredients and skimping on cheese and sauce. The crust is thick but too chewy for my liking. If you're looking to feed a crowd, then Snappy's Beast is probably the best option. Each six pound pizza serves 8-10 adults. Coupons are available in many weekly mailers, so you can probably grab a Beast for about twenty bucks. Hey, even mediocre pizza is still pleases a crowd. I'll give Snappy credit for innovation; they're always coming up with new ways to top a pizza. For instance, their Ranch and Chicken Ranch pizzas are really delicious. The Ranch pizza is created by replacing pizza sauce with ranch dressing and then topping it with fresh tomatoes, smoked bacon, onions, green peppers, and cheese. I definitely recommend this variety for adventuresome diners. Their steak hoagies and wedge fries are also worth trying.

While traveling for work I was stuck at the hotel and after a long day didn't want to venture out. I ended up order a calzone from Snappy Tomato and it did not disappoint. I also order a salad that was good. My only issue is that they didn't send silverware or napkins in their order. Thankfully the hotel had some, but if you're delivering to a hotel that should be automatic.

    Fresh ingredients and hot pizza!

The bread is funky - tastes a bit like rye, but it's white (or wheat), the "sauce" is horrid, and the entire thing has kind of a dense quality that doesn't quite hit the mark. Again, probably an acquired taste, something some people like, but I suspect it's a select few. It's WORK to get through this thing, and you regret eating any of it finished, or in my case, given up and tossed the remainder you didn't eat. Thankfully, I wasn't a winner of a free sandwich every week for 52 weeks as part of the grand opening celebration. Nothing about this is a celebration. It is a shame really, because the surrounding area shows promise in development, you should pick another restaurant nearby if Schlotzky's is not your thing. Now I know why the one in Florence closed years ago.

Not wrong, but different than we are used to. Employees were kind. The time it took to prepare our food was reasonable, especially on a Sunday afternoon. Now the only reason I am giving a 4 star instead of 5: this location has Cinnabon. The counter appears to have Cinnabon items under a warmer but this was misleading. My churros were hard, stale, and cold. Based on the menu pictures, I expected it to come with icing dip. We left and I realized I did not receive icing. I should have went back in to complain about the taste but didn't. My husband got a cookie sandwich with icing in the middle. Assuming this was also a Cinnabon product, he said this was very good. Conclusion: I will definitely return for the sandwiches.

And the dining area is always clean. My favorite menu item is definitely the 43 -- the chipotle cheesesteak. It is truly superb. I get it every time. It's miles above most of the cheesesteak sandwiches I've had at other comparable sandwich places. And I never have to modify the sandwich; it is perfect as it's listed on the menu. My boyfriend also orders the chipotle cheesesteak, and the fact that he doesn't have to modify it at all is a big deal for him (he's quite the picky eater). Although I have not tried their cold subs, Jersey Mike's is a great, cheap lunch option with many great choices. I will continue to visit this location, for sure!

I had to yell into the kitchen "don't I get chips." They yelled back to just pick one from the shelf. Sandwich made sloppily also. So wet from vinegar I had to pitch it. Disgusting all around.

Pros: - Generously sized chicken tenders. Two is a great meal with the sides. - Not too much batter! Just enough for a nice crispy coating that gives the seasoning something to hang onto. - A very cayenne-forward seasoning blend, and you could tell the cayenne was fresh. Remember your first taste of cacio e pepe and thinking, "Oh, THAT's what black pepper tastes like"? This is that but for cayenne. - A pretty good chocolate shake. I usually prefer it when shakes are made to order, and this one was dispensed right out of the machine while we paid, but it was a solid purchase and I didn't regret having it. Good chocolate flavor and thick texture. - Probably THE BEST crinkle cut fries on the planet. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, well-seasoned. I'd pit them against Shake Shack, Culver's or any other contenders on any day of the week. It's a crinkle fry worth eating. - A very good fry sauce. Now, the cons: Really, I just didn't care for the chicken seasoning. The medium tender was mild enough to be boring, mostly tasting of paprika with a La Croix amount of heat. The hot tender, while far more enjoyable and spicy, lacked the depth of flavor that I expect from a Nashville-style hot chicken. It had the heat, but not a lot to back it up. I have heard that Dave's can be inconsistent, and that the heat levels can be blah one day and melt your face off the next. So, I'd give it another go to see if it was just the seasoning blend that particular day or something. Or... maybe I'll just order fries.
