I had a bad drive with important data on it and by thinking outside the box Calvin got me access to the drive and I was able to recover my data and store it in the cloud. Eventually that computer died and I had issues with getting the same full software functions running on the new computer. Some of the upgrades that came with my new computer actually severely limited my productivity. In around 30 minutes Calvin had my full functions back and tweaked the UI to my liking.
