I came in for a pedicure and a fill. Was told to come back in 1 hour. When I came back I was told to "pick out a color" I chose what I wanted then I asked where do I go. The lady pointed at a pedicure chair. I Sat and waited 25 more minutes no one even came and put water in the tub for me. I ended up walking out and no one said anything to me! I would give a zero if I could. Friday night I went in to get a price quote on a full set with a design, I was told it would be $45 not including my others being taken off. So u made an appointment for sat night. While he was filling off my other nails he cut into my nail down to the skin. It hurt so bad I probably could have cried if j wasn't in public. I should have just stopped it there. I Asked for a almond cut a bit longer then the photo, they became short from him overly filing them. They were horrible uneven so I kept asking to have them straighten out. They had me show them again what I wanted and suddenly it went from $45 to $100 because each nail cost $15 for a design!!! What?! So why was I quoted the night before something different? I was already halfway done by now and decided to just have a solid color. He couldn't even paint straight. I should have taken a photo before I had to again ask for them to be fixed. The super weird part is he asked me to pay before I was done because they needed to close up. Well someone came in after me and also paid with a card, they did not ask her to pay until the end and then i mentioned that being weird I was told it was due to them not wanting me to mess my polish up...I got solar it was instantly dry. Also how can I tip if I pay you before I see your work. Through all of this I tried really hard to be nice because the guy looked like he might pass out. I'm sure they are there all day. But he shouldn't have done my nails if he was that tired. Especially sense others were standing around. I even still tipped him still...I don't know what I was thinking. Well it's Tuesday iv only had them a few days and while zipping up my sons pants the tip came off! I knew when he was glueing them on it seemed like there was bubbles. He said he has 25 years of experience so I didn't say anything. Iv called them and asked for a refund on the nails. Not for taking them off even though he injured me. She said she will give her manager my number and he might call me back. So I'm waiting. I'll give it a day. It's sucks $50 later and only 2 days i now have to pay to have these removed.... Okay finally picked up. Told me because of my bad review I will not get my money back! They guy told me to bad and he is with a client. Never in my life have I been scammed so terrible. This place is just delightful! Amazingly sweet staff and the work is by far the best that I have gotten in Gresham. I showed him a picture that I found on the internet and he did such a nice job and they told me "we can do anything here if you have a picture for us to copy" I like that they are so sure of themselves! They have free drinks and the prices are awesome for what you get. They also have a manicure bar so if you bring friends you don't have to sit away from them. Henry was great! Completely horrible, came here with my family for Mother's Day. Not only did they mess up twice on my pedicure they didn't even fix their last mess up. I got really excited about going here thanks to a former co worker. Her nails always looked so cute. The first few times were ok, but then as I started asking for more than 1 color on my nails, the price went up to extravagant rates. For just an extra color of polish or 2, no designs. They did an ok job on my nails, but usually they were uneven, and I am very particular when it comes to how my nails look. I found out that the salon where I get my hair done has some great nail artists and they charge about the same price. I will go there, and will NEVER again patronize this so called salon. I went to go get a fill and when I walked in I wasn't welcomed very nicely. They told me to pick a color and wait but never said how long. I finally got helped after 45 minutes and they let other people get helped before me. Also when I was getting my nails done the guy was very rough. He made me bleed once and left my cuticles up. He kept being very pushy trying to get me to do other things basically more expensive. He made the shape all wrong, different lengths and did even smooth them out. And the worse part was when he told me my total he got mad that I was paying in card, saying that next time I should bring in cash. I couldn't believe what he had told me. Went in to take my niece for the first time to get her nails done. This was in her neighborhood so I thought why not. The workers were nice enough. They only had one technician available to do a full set of nails, so they made my niece wait over 40 minutes before they started on her nails. For me I asked for a full set. I wanted some jewels for fun, but the pricing is outrageous. When they told me my nails were $81. I was Beyond shocked. My regular nail lady charges 50 and that includes unlimited charms, stiletto shaped, gel topcoat, and stay on forever. I paid and did not make a big deal about it because it was a fun girls day. It has only been one week and the jewels started falling off only after a day or two and three the nails are completely lifting. I cannot believe the money I spent for a cheap set of nails. They look cute from a far, But trust me the quality is horrible I have an appointment on Saturday at my normal nail place. read more

Worst pedi ever. Four of us had a 11:30 appointment. My daughter picked a color and the nail tech argued with her about the color. Then she asked my daughter if she wanted the whole toe nail painted. The staff is pretty helpful and friendly. This was first time so I wasn't sure what I should get. I ended up getting a full set with color. I was very pleased and impressed with the result. I've found my new favorite pedicure spot!!! This place is clean, and very beautiful inside. The massage chairs are the bees knees, man. I went with my sister for her birthday, so we splurged for the most expensive pedi (which was actually only $40!!) It was worth every penny!! I'm seriously sprung on this place. He spent an hour and a half on my pedicure, giving me a wonderful leg and foot massage, hot stone rub, salt scrub, mineral mask, paraffin wax treatment and finishing with an awesome French pedicure with hand painted flowers on my big toes. I had the worst experience in my entire life! Do not go there!! My nails were cut to the skin. My cuticles were bleeding and the color was poorly applied. I finally had to ask the person doing my nails to stop. I told her supervisor and she kept quiet and still charged me full price. I'm not one to not pay for the service so I did. However, I will never return. I highly doubt this person even had a license to do nails because of how poorly she took care of me. In addition, I witness the staff try to rip off an elderly woman for 5 dollars. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I've never written a review and simple downloaded this app just to warn others not to go there. I talked to the owner and showed him pictures. Worst customer service ever. First of all I walked in and asked if I could have my acrylics removed. The lady asked if I wanted a full set I replied nicely and said "no thank you I just want my acrylics removed". She then asked if I wanted the acrylic powder over my regular nails. Once again I replied and said "no thank you I just want my acrylics removed." She said it would be a few minutes, no big deal. I am standing because they have no seating for people that are waiting, which is also not a big deal. She then told me to sit down at one of the tables. I sat there for 20 minutes. About 10 minutes into me waiting, One of the nail techs finished up with the customer she was with. Then she started cleaning up and doing all these random things that really could've waited. At first I thought maybe she just likes a clean workspace no problem if it takes a few minutes but after about 10 minutes of her not even acknowledging me and continuing to stare out the window and do pointless tasks, I left. I don't expect to be serviced as soon as I walk in I don't mind waiting my turn but I'm not gonna wait 20 minutes while somebody stares out the window. Granted from a business standpoint, she wasn't super excited because I wasn't going to be spending that much but at the same time I wasn't using any of their products, so what they were making for me was all profit. I have been coming here since they opened. Services is nice and they do offer free drinks. However, The last 4 times I've gotten a manicure I only got a 1 minute massage for both hands combined. Pedicures i've only gotten 5 minute massages for both legs combined. I feel like they spaced out during said times and therefore, it wasn't that great. I got a full set and they all popped off within two days. When I've brought a young child in they will often ask her (she's 4) if she wants extra things like flowers, or even another service, without asking me. So then i end up paying a bunch extra because of course the 4 year old wants flowers and her other nails done to match. They've also had a habit of taking half my eyebrows off and making them uneven even when i tell them not too. Only reason for 3 starts is i like the staff a lot. read more

Came in because I've heard such wonderful things. Came out with one of the worst sets of nails I've ever had. I was in there for 2 hours. Some of my nails were square and some were rounded and the pinky fingers were oval shape. Let alone the polish was thick and chunky. Ended up going back in about 30 minutes later because I really couldn't stand looking at my nails due to how much I paid for them. When I went back in the lady started yelling at me telling me that, that was the shape I wanted. I insisted on leaving because of how rude they were from the very beginning. They wouldn't let me leave. So I let them redo my nails and the lady insisted I needed to change the color I had on before(which was black) because they didn't look good on me. Tony was the one who did them, and they look so elegant. When I got there I showed him what I wanted, and immediately knew how to do the ombré for my nails. I came here for a set of solar nails, and the male that works there did a great job with them. The are one of the best sets if nails I have gotten, the problem I have with this place is the lack of communication. I wanted a dark green gel color that had glitter in it. He let me know it was mood changing, and it changed to gold. It was an additional $5 for the color. I was skeptical but I wanted the beautiful green color. Unfortunately, I didn't get that color. My nails ended up being gold at the base and green at the tip because my nails are warm from body heat and the tips are cold. I called them back once I got home to ask if I could get the color changed and they said yes, then I asked if it would cost money and they said yes. So not only did he not tell me how the color would look on my nails knowing that I wanted a dark green color (I know I should have figured it out, but I have never had this type of nail polish before), it was an additional $5 and they were going to make me pay to have it fixed. I may return to this place, but I will not get the mood changing color again. read more

This is the only salon I will go to. They are amazing. The salon is super clean, they are very friendly. Full sets and fills last 2-3 weeks without lifting (and I have lifting with ever other salon), but not at this location. They are gentle with waxing, manicures, and pedicures. Their artistry with details and designs are one of a kind. Once I move back to Portland, I will travel back into Gresham, just to go to this salon. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. read more
