Love these people! This is the only salon my mom prefer to go to and I'm happy for it because these other salon always messed up her nails and caused bleeding. For me This is the only one I would go to get my eyebrows done. So worth it. They don't just wax it but clean it to make sure there's no extra hair. For Gorgeous, Strong Nails, this is the place I trust! It's great to have a place I trust to do an excellent job each time. I've tried other places around and they don't compare. I'm rough on my hands, but even the acrylics at Divine Nails after weeks without a fill hold up wonderfully. Small family run nail shop, it was clean and had fair pricing ($25 bucks for Shellac). My experience was not good. It took a while to get my service started even though I had made an appointment ahead of time. Then the old gal next to me had an issue because the guy she had made an appointment with was an hour late. My girl stopped working on my nails which were almost done to get started on the old bag. I'm sorry but I'm a paying customer too, finish my nails and then work on the other person and/or give her a discount. On top of service issues my Shellac started to lift and peel while I was on my vacation, after a few days I just peeled them off. read more

So this was my second time here. My first experience was okay. My first time here a guy did my nails and they were more flat than normal and he burned me a few times and were too wide. However. I went here last Friday and had my nails done (I want to say by Twan? Not sure). She did. AMAZING. I am picky because I do want to like them. She did a regular fill, just pink over my white tips. She asked if I wanted a design. I asked for zebra stripes and a purple line. I can't describe how much I love them. They're perfect. Definitely coming back. And. It was only $30. read more

The place is nice but they have bad customer service. It was rude how they didn't speak in English and kept conversating in their language. They were busy texting and touching their phone. When I went in there, I wanted to get my nails done and the guy looked like he wasn't passionate about doing my nails. After he was done, he left my hands under the nail dryer for a very long time while he went back on touching his phone. I sat there for long time and had to ask if I was all set. It is a small Family run business. The Owner is almost always there. She speaks limited English but is absolutely darling. She is there most Sundays which is often the only day I can go. They may not be on time with their appts but almost always take walk- in's right away. I have always had my nails done by the owner(I'm sorry I don't know her name) and they are always fantastic when she is done . For the price you can't beat the quality. She is meticulous and gentle. Many salons, for the same price, are just trying to get you through and are rough or not thorough. If you are flexible with time this place is the greatest. read more

First of all, I'm a guy. Second, I never did anything like this until a a year or two ago. I'm on my feet all day at work and have terrible callouses, so my feet have a lot of miles on them. I have visited this place several times given its proximity to my house. Unfortunately, however, the workmanship and service are going DOWN. I gave them multiple chances this year to improve, thinking it was an off day, but it has become the norm. First, the nail polish is old and they add acetone to it to dilute it. Second, my shellac literally peeled off completely in 2 days...not sure if they missed a step or something, but my girlfriends were outraged and said this was bad work for Shellac. Third, the work is very rushed and inconsistent because someone is often eating, taking a break, or sleeping in the back...making you feel completely awkward that you are intruding... Not to mention the massage is completely rushed or steps skipped to rush you through. Fourth, you often do not get greeted or have any communication as to what you are to do...again, sitting and waiting awkwardly until you either ask or someone finally tells you to move to the other station (for example if you are getting both shellac mani/pedi). Fifth, by rushing the steps, you often have bubbles on your nails, left over callous, or a missed area of polish close to your nail beds. Lastly, it is completely unsanitary to require people to walk barefoot on the carpet to the manicure station after getting pedicure done...why can't you put your sandals on? I am not returning because this is something that is a treat and to be relaxing, not to make you feel unwanted and not to mention left with poor results. No thank you! And as the others said, yes please get off your phone, no one needs to listen to your private convo, loud voice, and distractions. read more
