That made the wait a little long. The shoes I bought were green suede/leather. They have this new machine that sprays protectant on your shoes when they're placed in there.. Keeps dirt off. When it was my turn to enter Jourdan a store employee was also entering to start his shift. I immediately noticed the line inside and had to make a choice wait or don't wait. So I looked around for an associate to pick out my shoe which I already pre chose b4 I got there. Jourdan literally clocked-in and turned around and took three pairs of shoes to search for between me and the other patrons. Now THAT is what I'm talking about.
