We also experienced an unusual situation when my wife's container had an unexpected visitor--a cricket. Fortunately, the burger itself was still wrapped, so I didn't feel our food had been compromised. Rather than make a scene, I quietly spoke with the manager outside to let her know what had happened. My intent wasn't to complain or seek compensation, only to make her aware so it wouldn't happen again.
