It's worth noting that my vehicle has always been a European model, including during my previous visits. This sudden change in pricing felt arbitrary and inconsistent. As a person of color, I couldn't help but notice a lack of warmth or inclusivity during each of my visits, which left me feeling uncomfortable. They told me one thing was wrong with it, but told my father another thing was wrong with it. So, I brought the car back for them to check and work on this new sound that started after they initially worked on my car, for the sound to still be present after spending another $2,000. They assured me the $2,000 would fix the new sound. So the last $2,000 I paid was a complete waste because I ended up having to get another car. I tried to speak with the manager/owner about this matter, but they ignored me. I requested a refund, whole or partially, and they completely ignored me. This felt like a situation of guess and fix. They blamed it on a faulty part. I wanted to trust these people, but when it came down to it, I paid them $5,000 to fix my car, which I ended up having to get rid of for safety reasons. I also brought in a physical mail coupon for their shop which made the inspection and emissions test entirely free. They also have online coupons on their website that you can use. This is after I was quoted over $700 for replacement of bilateral front sway bar stabilization links by my Acura dealership. The total cost for all of the work, not including the sway bar kit that I brought in myself, was about $165.00. Very reasonable. The shop has multiple kinda of snacks, bottled water, coffee, etc available for use while waiting with free WiFi. The customer service is impeccable. The owner, a very informed and friendly middle eastern woman, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The owners and workers at the shop are open, honest, and efficient. In my opinion, this is the ideal local auto shop that anyone would be lucky to find. A diamond in the rough, truly. If I could give it 6 stars, then I would! I'll definitely be back, and you should too.

Last oil change I had done by them they did NOT put the oil cap back on. Lost all of my oil now the engine needs to be replaced and Miss A claims that they did not make that mistake then actually accused me of taking the oil cap off myself or had someone else do it. I called them IMMEDIATELY after they did the oil change because the light never went off and they did NOT give me a new sticker for my window. I spoke to Allison that day and was given the run around but then told me that she personally watched them do the oil change and to swing by to get a new sticker. AFTER I discovered that THE OIL CAP WAS NEVER PUT BACK ON I called Miss A, she had my car towed to "fix" it all they did was fill the oil back up and hosed off the engine. No new sticker. I ASKED HER if they checked the engine because I knew there would be issues and she claimed nothing was wrong w/ the engine assured me that everything was ok. They also lost my locking lug wheel lock key and refuse responsibility for that as well.

Was told to hold, was disconnected, and was ultimately told they'd call me back. I said I was coming to get it and take it someplace else and was told I couldn't. Then I was advised that the transmission has been taken to a different shop because they didn't have a mechanic there. "TRANSMISSIONS" is part of their name, I wasn't told they didn't have a mechanic there that could rebuild a transmission. I feel that both David and Raheem strung me along for the past 3 weeks.... both had said it would be done "Wednesday"... three Wednesdays later and I STILL don't have my van or even know for sure what failed with the transmission. I'm furious and I don't appreciate the hostility that David projected on to me when I asked for answers. As it stands, they'll call me Friday.‍‍‍‍

let me say a lot of the 5 star reviews are fake! i posted a…read morereview yesterday and the shop owner basel called me and begged me to delete the review and bring my car to his shop. i brought my car to the shop only to get assaulted by basel. i advised him i paid 2000 dollars for my bumper to be replaced as well as the fender bender and the fender liner also the hood was to be replaced. 3 months later my front end started falling apart! i have taken my back to him mutiple times and all i get is excuses and lies! he even told me he didnt fix my bumper he took it somewhere else to get fixed. i asked him for the other shop information and he refused to give it to me. today basel took it too far by grabbing me when i told him i was calling the police to file a report about the service he proceeded to grab me and try to take my phone. now i have to file a lawsuit! for a man to grab a eoman and try to intimidate them is unacceptable!!! you will not get away with this. they literally glued the bumper back on! first pic is when I first brought my car to them other pics is after the glue melted and the bumper started falling off.
