They filled it with Freon (it was low) and said bring it back when it gets warm again. The vehicle is still blowing ice cold three weeks later. No leak, and no rear evaporator coil leak. I paid less than $200 for the Freon top off and Ron Carter was going to charge $2,100... AND ... who knows if they were even planning on changing the part... would they have topped it off with Freon and charged me the $2,100? Shady.

When we arrived, we found out that the whole side of the car had been keyed and had multiple damages. The photos online showed the good side only. None of this was stated upfront as we would have never stepped foot in here. I would never purchase from this dealership as they will lie to get you into the door in hopes that you will purchase any way.

But noticed they had a Buick Lacrosse online and I wanted my honey to feel the difference in the ride between the two. Of course I explained that to Koy, but he didn't mind. He let me drive two. No pressure, he was just as helpful as he could be. The one thing my "red" car didn't have was smooth Buick ride. (Plus the blind spot and moon roof.) They had another Lacrosse on the lot that was loaded, but I had three concerns... then David Pattie stepped outside heard what was going on and addressed the problems. Takes a lot for me to change my mind but I did. Kuddos to Koy, David, and even Randy. I am one very happy new Lacrosse owner. Just a side note. Very hands on with customer service support. The manager I encountered at the time explained the ideology of each Nissan creates a different account to earn reward points. I was grateful he shared that information because I was under the impression I had been earning reward points all together , not separately. Over all my interaction with staff was good. I received a basic oil change. Now what I will say is , this location is a little more expensive than expected but the service was fast and I was in and out in less than thirty minutes. I know Mr. Lee would be proud of his staff making good impressions.!

My experience the sales staff was pleasant and helpful, however I cannot say the same about treatment from their management team. I called on vehicle that was to be added to my companies fleet, communicated with finance I would be paying cash for the vehicle. They first sent over the buyers order in which I noticed a $3k charge for "reliance protection plant" along with other discretionary fees. I understand the car sales game, attract customers with low prices online then stick fees in at the last second to raise their margin. These fees are hidden to the masses as "it is only $42 / month on your note. As a cash buyer this came out to 8% increase on the total vehicle cost, I requested finance to remove it. They agreed to cut the fee by 70% making it somewhat more palatable, so we agreed and they began drawing docs up. I prepared my wire for payment and booked a local shop to install back up alarm for the delivery day as we needed the truck on site asap. I found out on the day of the proposed delivery that the manager had sold the vehicle out from under me and the salesman to an unsuspecting customer that I am sure he swindled with the "its only $42 / month more on your note"

Got home and drove the car for a couple of days with a lot of noise coming for the back part of the SUV. Turns out the back hatch window had been shattered and they left all the broken glass in the hack to make noise every time the car moved.
