Besides taking a long time to return calls & emails. They perform services on your pet without your knowledge then charge you for it. They claim they cannot refund or credit your money back. Your treated with a disgusting attitude immediately and cut off from speaking / explaining. They also lie about returning calls and emails (I have proof). They will also yell at you in front of your child & the staff will even lie about being present during your visits. Misleading with times & standard process. I was recommended by a family friend of this Animal clinic. I scheduled a spay for my Feline 11/1/24 for Monday 11/4/24. Failure to fully deliver information. On the phone the girl told me: - She would email me with an estimate. - I need to arrive at 7:20-7:30AM. 1. Never received email with estimate. Just appointment reminder. 2. In the email reminder - it also states that I need to have a form completed prior to appointment in order to be seen. -NEVER GOT FORM. 2. Per my screenshots in the email it states 3 different times that I need to arrive for my appointment at 7:20AM. Here's what's misleading I arrived at 7:15AM. On the door for the clinic hours of operation say 8:00AM (see screenshot. ) A woman was also waiting. She said the clinic told her she needed to arrive at 7:25AM.. another woman said 7:30AM. At this point it's 3 people that were told to be here before 8:00AM. Waiting outside the clinic with our pets. - maps says this place is permanently closed -yelp says it's open on Wednesday + opens @ 8:30am 4 different times. So which one is it? update your hours to be accurate along with your generated email templates. Ensure your staff is also giving proper and full information in order to ensure there is no miss communication. After reading all the reviews ESPECIALLY NEGATIVE REVIEWS, along with my own personal experience I decided This place, & staff is not trustworthy to leave my pet. Extremely disappointed read more

There are not enough kind words I can say about Snip. Dr Bundy, Aubrey and the team have been so good to my dog Cooper and I for years. He has had 2 surgeries, (one for his CCL) and dentals and I have an no issues with him what so ever. They treat him like their own! I highly recommend their team to care for your babies. read more

Beware of this place. I read the reviews about it being Justy spay neuter, dental factory, and that they don't care about their animals, I ignored it and I went anyway. DON'T IGNORE IT! My cat was in need of dental. She turned for the worse in a matter of 24 hours. I had scheduled with snips and was waiting two weeks for my appointment, and it came that day that my cat had turned sickly. I was thankful that at least I had an appointment, they could tell me what was going on with her teeth and help her. I went. For one, I can't believe they don't allow you to even go back with the animal they make you sit in the lobby and wait. The doctor has her personal pet there in a room that barked the entire time nonstop and I mean loud and nonstop! I am sitting there waiting for an update. The dog barking nonstop. They come out ask me a couple questions. Go back in. Come out ask me more questions. Go back in. They tell me how sick my cat is. Tell me that my two year old cat is 9 years old after I've been to 4 different veterinarians since I adopted her, telling me she's 2. They go on and on about how I need immediate help and give me a name of somewhere else I called them they won't help me so I called back snips and say, can you at least give me an anabiotic for my cat? I explained that the numbers you gave me no one can help me. Can you at least call me back and give me a new direction or an antibiotic like you said when I scheduled my appointment weeks ago!!!!! Begged them to return my call. I emailed them because they gave me their email, told me to reach out to them!!!!! NO RESPONSE AT ALL! They were the ones that kept telling me how urgent the situation was and call the people they gave me the numbers to. They actually told me to, "to work it" Make it sound good so someone else will get me in quickly and help me. When I did not get any help from the numbers they provided me, I was sitting there with absolutely no direction or help and they sent me out the door. I realized Snips was "working" me like a fool!!! I reached back out to Snips. They didn't even have the slightest humane, decency to return my phone call or my email!! when they are the ones who told me how sick my cat was! Obviously, they do not care about their animals. If they could just sent you on your merry way with a phone number and can care less! They don't even return your phone call or email. I am just repeating myself, because I'm so shocked and flabbergasted that somebody in their business can diagnose you and not care just leave you stranded! Bottom line, don't ever go here. If I could give Dr Bundy and Ben 10 stars, I would. They graciously accepted an after-hours emergency surgery with my dog who was their 34th surgery of the day and his visit added 5 additional hours onto their already exhausting day. They literally saved his life and did so with so much kindness and care. I 1000% recommend Snip Society read more

If you call and leave messages. They will never respond. You may check things off with the intake desk person asking for a service but never receive it or a call back to discuss. It's just an assembly line for reproductive organ removal. read more

SNIP took wonderful care of our adult female dog during her spay. Our questions were thoroughly answered before and after the procedure, the staff was confident and kind, and they made drop-off during the pandemic feel safe and easy. I also want to point out that SNIP is one of the few animal clinics performing vital procedures at a lower cost for those who don't have the budget for high-end Chicago vet visits. There is no diminished care or second-rate doctors here, just affordable procedures. If you do have the means, please consider donating to the important work these folks are doing. Had an appointment for 6 month old twin cats to get spayed & neutered, along with a few other services. Staff was professional and friendly, booking the appointment was easy. Drop off & pick up the day of surgery was a breeze. My pets came home with pain medicine and their incisions healed with no problems. I highly recommend this place! You can read my reviews. I go not take them lightly. 95% are 5 stars. This place was very unprofessional. I felt like I was leaving my family member at a spay factory. If I did not have to leave a deposit I would not of left my pets. But shame on me. Long story short. Very very very cold when I left my 2 dogs. Never got to talk to a vet. During the procedure they called me and said she had a mammory tumor. And of course I said remove it. Shame on me for not asking. They charged me $380. For a 2 cm. Tumor and remember she was already sedated . So that was already factoried in. And when I picked them up. They was not better. Super ice queens. These are our family members. Not just a dog. I was super disappointed with this place. I know they are alittle cheaper in price but not worth the difference with my family members. I will pay the extra next time. I guess as the old saying goes you get what you pay for. Very bad service. read more
