The sno is so soft and fluffy and the natural flavors are amazing!!! Tried their coconut (my favorite), hibiscus, and guava, and each one was so rich and authentic. Can't beat their prices, either--their smallest size is under $3 and large enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. Their customer service was a bit hit or miss, but there's one girl who was always very friendly when I came in and eager to explain the menu and answer any questions I had. Prolly the best snow cones in Dallas. We tried the natural mango flavor and natural tamarind with pulp and both were delicious. The ice was extremely soft. Maybe even softer than Bahamas bucks. My go-to place for snow cones! I've only tried the Mexican flavors (chamoyada, tamarindo, etc), and they do not disappoint! What separates Sno from others is the softer, fluffy shaved ice that I remember getting as a child. And, they are open year-round! Don't jump in your car quite yet--I do recommend calling before you head out. The hours vary and the current ones listed here are incorrect--they are closing at 9:00PM, and that changes depending on the season. I've called several times and received no answer, but keep trying! The lack of website or social media page to communicate hours and menu to customers is highly inconvenient, so the 5 stars are solely on the snow cones. Give it a shot! read more

I come here pretty often because I absolutely love the snow cones. That being said the customer service is awful! I walked in today with no line In front of me, 2 of the 4 girls looked at me but did not acknowledged my presence for about a minute or so. I understand they are teenagers but they definitely need to be trained to acknowledge a customer when they walk in. A simple "we will be right with you" would have sufficed. I am 9 months pregnant and went to get a snow cone here. I waited in line behind 1 person for 10 minutes then attempted to order a snow cone with 3 flavors. They said we can't do that for you because we don't have a way to charge you for 3 flavors. You are only allowed to have 2 flavors. I said ok, charge me for 2 or 3 or however many snow cones you need to but give me one medium snow cone with 3 flavors‍ They said I'm sorry we can't do that, you are only allowed 2 flavors. I wish there was a 6th star because Sno absolutely deserves it. Sno is the best shaved ice spot that I have ever been to in my entire fucking life! The flavors are amazing! GREAT SELECTION! Their fresh fruit flavors are to die for! I love that their "sour blast" option is fresh lime juice squeezed on top of your shaved ice. The prices are great! Please, do yourself a favor and visit Sno as often as you can. I go there at least once a week and never regret it! This place has amazing ice. So finely shaven. The one thing that differs from other snowcones is that the flavor is much more of a thick syrup than just a liquid. This makes the texture slightly gooey compared to other ones that I've had. The only slight negative about this is it takes the flavor a little while to soak in or you have to mix it a little bit yourself. But don't worry, they put plenty of it on your snowcones, you won't have any unflavored parts. I will definitely be going back here again and again. One hot summer afternoon, I stopped by to try one of their natural flavor snow cones that so many yelpers have raved about. I ordered the natural mango flavor, and didn't have to wait too long for it. The ice really is soft, and I imagine that's what snow would taste like. The flavor stuck to the ice nicely too, and did not form a liquid mess. However, the syrup was still a bit too sweet for me, and since I only ordered one flavor, it wasn't as awesome as I'd imagined it to be. Perhaps, I'll be more adventurous next time and will try a mixture or add a topping. read more

This place is not expensive, you can get a small for $1.50, or a medium for $2.50, so no complaints from me. I got the ice cream and cherry flavor and man that ice cream flavor was refreshing after a long hot day. I like the many choices for sno cones, and the ice was perfect, the girls that work tere were really friendly and helped me pick out my flavors. The only thing I don't like and it doesn't necessarily have to do with the business just the atmosphere is the staring. We went here on a Saturday, pretty small building in desperate need of expansion and more hired help, the lone was long all the way out the door and the place was packed to maximum capacity. I don't know how they keep up with all the orders but they do! :) I had the mango cone with chamoy, it was such a sweet sour tangy flavor nothing was too over powering or syrupy, and the mango ice was blended to perfection. My fiancé got some green apple fruity one, he really didn't enjoy it he said it was way to sweet. But over all I would say the waiting process and crowd of the place is what kept me from giving this place a full 5 stars but the flavor and combinations of the cones are otherwise great! :) read more
