I invite everyone I know to come try their shaved ice. They have natural flavors that are home made and a lot to choose from. I've been coming to Sno since I was a sophomore in high school and I graduated in 2011! I still go often because the service is great, the place is clean, and the frozen yogurt is delicious as well. I love that you can get fresh chopped fruit on top of your snow or your frozen yogurt. Recently they opened up the second location in downtown Dallas. Gotta go check it out soon! read more

ok, i have to admit sno cones are not really my thing or so i thought. my boyfriend had a craving for sno cones so i reluctantly came here for the first time over the weekend. location isnt bad at all, parking is good, store is clean, customer service could def be better and the price is right. there's a lot of staff while we were there, while not rude none of them were really friendly and just seemed over it. not a big deal, but just dont expect a warm welcome lol. the sno cone was def better than i was expecting. i got 50/50 blackberry & pink lemonade and would certainly order it agian...only they have a ton of flavors im curious about so i probably wont for a while. no really, i felt like it took 5 minutes for me to decide on a flavor. my boyfriend got the wedding cake one and it's probably just me, but i thought it was disgusting. it's just weird having something more creamy or savory over ice. confusing to the senses i suppose. we both got larges and i think they were $4 a piece and we also both agreed it was too much sno cone. next time we will order a small so we dont have to take the rest home. read more

This place is amazing, I love the Coconut/Mango mix. This is my go to place all summer, and during some guilty winter cold days. I love a little fozen custard on top, gives it this amazing flavor, one that's hard to describe with words. I love my SNO sweet, if you want spicy they got you covered too. Visited 08/31/2013 THE ONLY REASON FOR TWO STARS IS BC THEY ARE INDOORS WITH A/C. IN TEXAS THAT HAS TO COUNT FOR SOMETHING! This was my second visit within the past month. On the first visit I did not purchase a sno cone for myself only my son. He was not overly thrilled about it but said it was doable. On this most recent visit myself and both my boys all purchased sno cones and none of us were really excited about our flavors. There was an additional charge for lemon lime because it was considered two flavors and most places its just one flavor. One of the boys had sour apple which just taste like apple. There was an option for sour blast which turned out to be just lemon juice poured on top of the sno cone and was an additional .25. I really was hoping this place would work out as its a lot closer than TC shaved ice. However, the boys stated they would not like to come back to this place again and we should stick with our regular spot, TC shaved ice. read more

Been here a couple of times. While there are many flavors to choose from they put way too much syrup on the ice. Wanted to give them a 2nd chance this time I had to throw my cup away after just a couple of spoonfuls because it was so sweet. Service was really slow 2nd time out. Guy behind the counter was about as fast as erosion the line kept getting longer & he wouldn't pick up the pace. read more

You could drive by this place everyday and never know it was there. The shop is in a store front and usually has a line out the door. They have a great selection of flavors from your normal sugar packed Tigers Blood to sugar free and all natural. Their ice is so fine it melts on contact. Best part is they're open until 10PM! read more

I come here with my Fiancé about 3 times a week.... In the summer, in the winter... Doesn't matter! We love the natural flavors and the chamoya and chili jazz it up a little when we want it. If you don't love a good snow cone, you should probably stop and check your pulse. What is great about Sno is the actual ice. It's not the gritty, hard to chew, type of ice found at other places, this stuff...is well, like eating some legit-fav-flavored-sno. The location is a great spot just off the highway. It allows you to pop in and out and snag some sno after you are on your grind after work. The inside is fine, it's a "Subway" style line where you place the order then can watch the assembly of your sweets then meet it and eat it at the end of said line. If you are looking for fancy decor and a cool place to watch the game or chill with a big group of people, this isn't it. It is a little sterile esthetically and awkward at times, with the plethora of old 25¢ machines stacked in the back. There are a few places to sit, where you can compare yearbook photos with the usual suspects. BUT that ain't what it bees about. It's about the sno. So get you some. read more

I stopped here yesterday to try this place out and to see what all the Hype was about. As soon as I walked in I go to the counter and try to order. I never was greeted with a Welcome and I waited 10 minutes at the counter without anyone acknowledging me. They saw me saw I was standing there but seemed to have ignored me. I have never been there before so I was just waiting on someone who works there to at least let me know how much longer I have to wait or something. I had to ask the customers instead and still didn't get the answers. So I see that they are busy but that does not mean that they cannot acknowledge me or at least let me know "we'll be with you in a second" I got nothing. Finally I had to reach out to the girl there who then seemed annoyed I was asking here how much longer it would take to place my order. So I wait a few minutes longer. She finally reaches the counter and I order but she then proceeds to tell me they ran out of that flavor. Being that it's my first time there I don't know what flavors would be good. I ask for her recommendation but she just replies "it's whatever you want". I ask her what is the most popular and she replied Coconut. So I ended up ordering a flavor I did not want plus it wasn't even that good. I was not impressed at all. I would have been better off going to get me a Slurpee from 7-11. I'm very unhappy with this place and I was not impressed especially with the people working there that day. I've had better Snow Cones and also better customer service elsewhere. read more

I enjoyed this place. I've never experienced shaved ice in the manner that Sno does it. It was quite different, yet refreshing. The only suggestion is to lighten up on the syrup. It was a bit thick and too sweet. I ordered the Texas sized cup so that may be why. The staff is very friendly and the wait isn't long.
