    Sno Cone prices
    Taylor M.

The service was nice! We got there a little after 11 and it got busy shortly after. The wait wasn't too long and the sno cones were great per usual. They don't have any spoons! Just a heads up.

It's the snow cones for me! Delicious, cold and that great crunch ice! It gets crowded, but the service is usually fast! Orders are taken at the window, not many seats.

Sour Apple and Tiger Blood snow cone

Today was warm enough for a snow cone. We ordered a Childs strawberry and sour apple tiger blood. Not too sweet, ice soft a baby could eat it. When we pulled up the line was long, but the line moved quickly. Thianlocation is a drive up and either take it home or eat in the car. It's family friendly. If you don't want to wait in the heat you can always wait in your car and they'll call your number on thenlius speaker. Although I didn't get a burger today, if you're looking for a good homemade burger Red Wagon is the place to go.

This establishment is always busy and I see why. Some of the best sno-cones in the city and the hamburgers are so good. I usually call in my order and it takes about 15 min. Staff is always friendly, quick to correct any mistakes and food is fresh. I have tried many things on the menu and it is all good. Just to note this is not a sit down restaurant. You order at a small window and pick up at the next window. Also parking can be challenging at times.

I came 30 minutes before closing and it seemed like they were in a rush. The man at the front wasn't welcoming at all, and barely wanted to ask questions. I decided to go with the smallest size of tigers blood, and I am glad that I did. I couldn't even finish it... I ate a couple of bites and threw it away. The tigers blood flavor tasted like it was sugar free, and the ice could've been smoother. Beware that it's a $10 minimum fee for debit cards (i thought that it's illegal for a business to charge a minimum on debit). Luckily I had enough cash to pay for my snow cone. It was $2.25 for the smallest size which isn't a bad price, though.

best burgers in houston......i'll say it every time!!!! service is always good!!!!!!! i can eat here everyday!!!!!!!

I tried the strawberry cheesecake snow cone with extra cream. I'm hear to tell you it was scrumptious and refreshing. The cheeseburger was super tasty. Loved the toasted bun. Perfect meat to bun ratio. 4 stars because fried were cold.

Passed this spot while one the south side of Houston. Stopped because there were tons of cars. The prices were decent. I ended up getting a footlong chili cheese dog basket, meaning it comes with fries and an egg roll. So...be prepared to wait outside or in your car. There are a couple chairs to wait for food, but there is no where to eat. The food took a good 30 minutes and they forgot the fries and I had go back and wait another 10 minutes. Customer service was pretty good, they fixed the order no problem. Food was hot and enjoyable, it is defiantly good munchie food or "fast food". The snow cones looked bomb. I will get one next time. I will be back.

The snowballs are good but they're stingy asf w/ the juice. The line also went pretty fast.

Bottom line, plenty of spaces. Side note, they're not all spaced the way you might expect. Walking in, the place was hopping. Much more crowded than the former business. Pretty good sized menu. They serve you the red salsa, but you can ask for the green. The kind that gives you heart burn for hours. Worth it. Both salsa were great, chips were fresh. We ordered house margaritas, and those were also very good. Pricing was average. For food we ordered the parrillada El Malecon. Mixed beef and chicken, with ribs and quail. Here's where things went a little rough. We ordered the "for two" but the entire was still in a " for one" portion. 3 pieces of steak, 3 chicken, one quail 2 rib portions. Definitely seemed off. The manager came by, and we discussed. On THEIR menu, the double portion is only 4 strips of steak, 4 of chicken, still only one quail, and two rib portions. The reasoning we were given is that people don't seem to like the quail. First, nothing about this is "for two." For 45.99 this isn't it. The chicken and beef were good, the quail was not seasoned well unfortunately, and the ribs were over sauced with a cheap syrupy sauce. Overall food was a no. But here's where I also have to give credit. They stuck with their defense, and while we discussed someone brought a plate of chicken and beef. While we weren't going to ask for anything, we do appreciate their thoughtfulness and speedy resolution. Maybe they knew it was coming , or maybe they just jumped ahead to make it work. Either way, we appreciated that effort. Overall, service was great, food was 50/50. Wouldn't do the parrilladas again, but would try other menu items.

I also had the fries that were supposed to have seasoning. If it did I couldn't taste it, and I am all about flavor. Basically, I had bland fried food. I think it would be a good idea to sample the menu during happy hour. That way you're only out five dollars per item versus the full menu price. Oh, would be remiss if I didn't let you know that the barbecue ranch dipping sauce was very good and unusual. I suggest you try it when visiting. I was reminded of why I don't order seafood type omelettes. The only thing that was Cajun about it was the color of the sauce. I called the restaurant to politely ask what might be causing the issue, as I wanted to better understand why it keeps happening. Javi, who answered the phone, was friendly and understanding. Another employee from the bar area also spoke with me and was very kind. She explained that she had not bagged the order. When the manager got on the phone, I explained that I had already discussed the situation with two employees. His response was, "This is the first time I'm hearing about this. You're too far away, so I don't have anyone to drive the gravy to you. I can't give you the gravy. What would you like me to do?" The tone came across as annoyed and dismissive. I let him know that I was already planning to dispute the missing item through Uber Eats, but that I was calling because I wanted to understand why this issue keeps occurring. There was no offer for me to pick up the missing gravy or any meaningful attempt to resolve the situation beyond saying he would speak with the staff. What surprised me most was the contrast between the helpfulness of the employees and the manager's attitude. The staff members were courteous and understanding, while the manager seemed to assume I was exaggerating or making up the issue. Unfortunately, because of both the repeated order mistakes and the poor customer service from management, I won't be ordering from here again.
