Co-workers had Sweet Bites delivered. I tried this stuffed crepe with cheesecake bites and fruit. I'm not a fan of super sweet desserts and worried this may be too sweet, since it also had a caramel drizzle. It was not. This was delicious. Stopped by last night for dessert after dinner and boy did we make a good choice. We decided to get 2 desserts and just share so we could get a little taste of everything. The brownie sundae was delicious, it came in a waffle bowl covered with whipped cream, caramel, chocolate and a soft, fresh brownie. We also had the strawberry and Nutella crepe. The crepe was fresh and delicious and stuffed full of Nutella and topped with fresh tasty strawberries. The portions are huge, which I'm glad given the prices. It may be that my brain is stuck in the early 2000's, but everything seems so overpriced nowadays! We came in on a Sunday evening and it was fairly busy. We placed our order on the kiosk and after struggling with payment for about 3 minutes, we finally figured it out. This of course does not help my dislike for kiosk ordering... We sat down and after about 10 minutes, our order was ready. We took it to go and were glad the ice cream was packaged separately. I know it's dessert, but it was very rich and filling. The berries were fresh and plump, which was very nice. Location is good, but the parking isn't the best. The restaurant itself has plenty of seating and is very well kept. Has minimal decor, which is pretty cool cause the focal point becomes the chalkboard menus, the tanks of colorful agua frescas and the Peek of the kitchen. read more

My friends and I went to a haunted house and we wanted to go get something really nice after. It's a nice outdoor sweet treat place. I took a picture of the whole menu, and there are multiple different tables to the right where you can sit. You order your food on a screen to the side, put a name and number in, they'll text and call your name and food order on a mic to also let you know. You can customize your order by adding, subtracting items, or altering what already comes on your order. Workers were very friendly, and I loved the overall vibe the place had. I ordered a banana split and it was AMAZING. There were so many options, and my friends and I were able to play card games at the table. We enjoyed the rest of our night by ending it at this place. I tried Sweet Bites N Ice for the first time several months ago at their food truck location on White Lane. I was hooked then. Last week, I noticed this location next to the ice rink. I was more than elated!! I know where I'll be hanging out this summer while waiting for my kids during their hockey practices! Last night, another hockey mom and I decided to come by and try this place out for "Gal-entine's Day." She wanted to try the beignets, so I said, why not go big or go home? So we shared the Drizzled Beignets. It came with 6 croissant beignets topped with powdered sugar, Nutella drizzle, blueberries, raspberries, whipped cream, and walnuts. We also added a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The first couple of bites were delicious! But after a few more, I was starting to feel a little sick. Maybe sugar overload since I didn't have lunch earlier. Maybe next time I'll make sure to eat a meal an hour beforehand. I will be coming back very soon and try the other specialties they have to offer. It was also very spacious inside the dining area with at least 5 tables that fit about 4 people. This is their second spot! It does have a good amount of space but it can get a bit crowded with how many people are coming to visit the place. I think pricing wise it's very affordable, and the sizes are huge! We shared one between two people and it was just the right amount, not over stuffing yourself. This place is really, really good! I had heard of it but never tried to find it until recently when I was super early for a movie at Maya Cinemas lol.. My husband and I shared a Strawberry Cheesecake funnel cake and it was WAY more than enough for both of us to share. I came back yesterday with my friend and tried the Tres Leches Crepes.. They were *chefs kiss* ... the crepes are HUGE! For my nut allergy friends, I did ask about the oil and they confirmed that they use canola, BUT they did warn that there are a lot of nuts in the facility so be sure to be cautious of that if you have a severe allergy. The service was really super slow, especially considering that there was only a couple of people in there and they already all had their food (both times that I went). This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at a dessert shop. When we walked in, we were never greeted. No employee acknowledged us, spoke to us, or checked in at any point. We had ordered online, yet no employee made any contact with us at all until we finally asked about the status of our order after waiting over 30 minutes. During that wait, we watched 5-6 customers who ordered after us receive their food first. Employees were busy restocking and doing other tasks instead of working on orders, while we stood there ignored with no updates or explanation. When we finally asked about our order, the response was snarky and rude. Our food was placed on the counter with a blunt "here", and our order number was never called, unlike other customers. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. The lack of acknowledgment, the poor attitude, and the way we were treated made us feel ignored, disrespected, and honestly discriminated against. This was a horrible experience, and we will not be returning. I will absolutely be telling others about how poorly we were treated. Save your time and take your business elsewhere. read more

Stopped by after a Condors game. They are open until 11 pm on Friday and Saturday. They were soooo busy when we got here but the cashier was so great. She provided great suggestions and she was genuinely nice. Picture of all the food here look so delicious we had to try. I would have tried everything! If you like agua frescas, they have tons of flavors to choose from. My husband and I got crepes. I got the Walnut Special and added strawberries. That cost me an extra $2. My husband got the strawberry cheesecake crepe. They came out beautiful!!! They tasted amazing but they are huge and full of fruit. A few cons I didn't like was how it felt like the team was rushing to close. We got there at 9PM and store doesn't close until 10PM per google. They seemed busy/understaffed, and the service wasn't as friendly as the food truck location. We got our food bagged up for us as if we asked for it to go, which we did not :b The high chairs were the only ones available (since the outside tables were already inside by 9:11PM) and they were extremely uncomfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, however we were disappointed in a few things. We had ordered three items off the menu, a Dubai fresas con crema, a strawberry dream funnel cake, and strawberry cheesecake shake. The fresas con crema and shake were good but the funnel cake tasted old. The batter they used had a very odd taste or maybe the oil needed to be cleaned but I definitely would not recommend the food items with batter in it. They also only had forks and knives to use but not a spoon in sight which was weird and a bit hard to eat. Lastly there were no high chairs for babies/toddlers. Overall including the price of everything, it left us bummed that it wasn't a better experience especially not being able to eat the funnel cake which was the reason we came in the first place. read more

Soooo its summer on a Tuesday ordered 9:40pm took 30mins to make 3shakes. And one of them was a smore shake. Under staffed and pushing customers out the door to close shop. We didn't ask for it TO GO but they found it in themselves to do so for all incoming customers. Instead of the shake it was suppose to look like we got just a regular shake with side stuff shoved in a container. I would think because of summer at least they would have more staff. Photos are what it should have looked like and what i got instead. If i wanted to make it home i would have. My husband even toasted it himself lol!!!
