First off: if you're a group of 6-8, be prepared for a tight squeeze! They have room, however, don't be surprised if someone has to have a plate of pancakes in their lap until some plates get cleared. My initial reaction to this place was: "dope. This is going to be a 5/5." Atmosphere was great! I spent so much time people watching and talking to friends! Love it! The cappuccino was a 2.5/5 but the chia latte was great! 5/5 would recommend. I was fortunate to sample a lot of items. Most of the bennys we're delicious but my avocado one was meh. The salmon was phenomenal. Pancakes are dense! Be warned! I like dense pancakes so I thought it was delicious, but others did not. Also, real syrup. Not a lot of places splurge on real maple syrup. Sourdough toast tastes just like regular toast. Didnt know that the waiters were all deaf, 4 of us all ordered and order was written down. 1 hr later they came and asked when we want to ordered. explained best we could we have already ordered and were waiting for the food to be delivered. Came here to have brunch with my girlfriends and Snooze did not disappoint. To start off, I really appreciate how they validate parking at the most adjacent parking garage. I also like that you can call ahead and ask to get on the waitlist. By the time we arrived, we only had to wait 5 minutes. I ordered the OMG! French toast (my favorite) while my friends ordered 2 different types of the eggs Benedict. Our plates were clean when we finished not just because we like to eat a lot of food but also because everything was delish. We also enjoyed their mimosas and margaritas. This was my first time coming to this brunch place. I don't live in the west coast, and I had heard about it through a relative of mine who often goes there. The scenery was super cute, and vibrant I thought it was good quality. The staff also spaced social distance tables which was also good. The staff always were wearing their masks, the service was super quick and the waiter was so sweet. The food was absolutely amazing! I ate all of it and there was 5 pieces. Snooze is one of my favorite breakfast/brunch places. It's packed with a wait on weekends, but my party of 3 was seated right away when we went on a Tuesday morning. There is validated garage parking, which makes parking very easy (no need for downtown street parking). There is something for everyone on the menu. My friends got more classic options, such as benedicts and French toast. I enjoyed the uniqueness of the smashed sweet potato with bacon. The egg was cooked perfectly and the potatoes are drenched in syrup. The tartness pickled onions complements the sweetness of the potatoes well. This is a tasty dish, but definitely not healthy. My only complaint is that the portion is lightly small and will leave you in need of a fat nap afterwards (but then again, doesn't most brunch?). I've been to three Snooze locations, and they have all been consistent with tasty food. read more

I really enjoyed Snooze A.M. during my trip to Austin. They do a great job at breakfast staples and also offers vegan and vegetarian options. I'm practically a dinosaur now, so I didn't know that I had to use the QR code to access the menu on my phone. Once the waitress brought that to my attention, I went with the chicken sausage, eggs, blueberry pancakes, and green compress juice. I liked the flavor of the chicken sausage as it provided a change of pace to my typical breakfast options. The eggs were excellent. The pancakes were very good. I'd definitely recommend stopping by for brunch. The service I received was good. I will admit that I saw a couple be seated and then not get any service for a while. They got up and left. Great corner location on the east side of 35. Easy to find, decent street parking nearby w a short walk. The menu was a little testy with the QR code but they offer hard copy menus as well if necessary. Snooze is one of my fav places to recommend for breakfast and it has retro vintage vibe with bright cheery colors to help wake you up and menu items that solidify the comfort that is breakfast food. Today I went with Juan's breakfast tacos which featured hashbrowns, eggs, hatch chili gravy queso and I topped it w avocado and a dash of cholula. Corn tortillas weren't the greatest by any means but the flavor combo was delish. I love the seasonal items and I saw a table behind me trying the pumpkin espresso martini and pumpkin pancakes those both looked equally divine. I'll have to return to try! read more

This snooze location is terrible! Piss poor management and planning. We ordered our food online and waited for the pick up time while sitting outside. When we got inside to pick it up they were trying to give us a wrong order and I had to correct them and say that's not our order. We are trying to save time by ordering online as we were in town for ACL and even with the online ordering, the system is extremely slow and terrible! Pick up should be timely and quick, but this locations has failed me. Also, the host stand has been giving me attitude when I inquire ON TIME if our food is ready. She won't even make the walk to check on the food. After she told me a "few more minutes", came back again later to check and her attitude needs to be checked. I'm so appalled with this location and I can't believe I even left them a tip for them to not deliver food on time. Now because of the food being late, we were unable to make our appointment on time. Terrible service, terrible staff. Snooze, please reevaluate this location. I definitely DO NOT recommend this location for pick up as they are late and not on time. Choose a different place for food pick up if you're on a schedule. Apparently, they don't know how to run on it. read more

Food was good but I will say the drinks were special. It is a must try place. Came here last week to enjoy a late brunch and a joint pride promotion with Yelp and Snooze. Using Yelp checkin in June helps the Trevor Project a suicide prevention organization for LGBTQ+ youth. We also got a awesome drag brunch as well with performances every 30min between 2-4 to help with the benefit. I've never been to this location as I live minutes away from the one on North Lamar. I have to say I prefer this location better. Also there are less kids running wild around here; j/k. It definitely feels allot bigger inside and there's an even bigger patio outside. I was apprehensive about trying to find street parking but no worries as each building has a convenient parking garage. I think they validate as well but I forgot so it ended up being $5 for a little more than an hour. The food is great. They have many lighter options for the summer. I got a crab and asparagus omelette that has a nice side salad. For $15 it wasn't too bad for a crab omelette and you definitely could taste crab though not overflowing with crab - it's $15 not $30! The blood Mary was ok I got the Thai bloody but it wasn't too spicy as you'd expect it to be. I followed this with a strawberry martini which had the sweetest strawberry I've had this summer. So my daughter has been wanting to try out Snooze , I've been a few times before. So this was a Mother's Day treat and was it worth it! Monday morning breakfast around 11am, there was no wait got seated right away. Our waiter was Ashlyn who gave us the best service the whole visit. I tried the Honey Oat milk Latte, it was nice and chilled for our Texas heat. My daughter got the Chai tea. I also had the Strawberry Mimosa Martini! It was delicious, it did not disappoint. You can taste the alcohol in this cute little martini glass.;) I would definitely get this drink again. I ordered the Benny Duo with a side of avocado one Barbacoa and one pulled pork. The pulled pork Eggs Benedict was my favorite! The flavor in that first bite was so tasty & delicious boy it had my taste buds dancing! The barbacoa not so much , but added a little Yellowbird Serrano sauce & it helped with that real quick. We shared the OMG French Toast with coconut & they were perfect, nice & crispy with a yummy cream flavor a must try. Can't wait to go back and try other items on the menu for sure! Got into Austin early and checked in to our hotel. We were hungry and asked the hotel staff for a good breakfast recommendation. They all said, "Snooze!". They were 100% right. This place is very popular and it is recommended to reserve a spot via the Yelp app. We went there on a Sunday so the wait time was between 70-80 minutes (!) but luckily it worked with our schedule. When we got there we still had to wait another 10-15 but thankfully we were able to get a table inside (it was a chilly day in Austin). I've been to another snooze before in San Diego so i was excited to try this one. Even though the place was pretty packed the service was fast and covid guidelines were maintained. I had the spuds delux which was really good although the portion might be too small for some people. My boyfriend made his own 3 egg omelette and a side of uniquely shaped hash browns. We were both very content from the food we ordered. The payment process is very easy, they bring the machine to you and you can insert the card and even split the check with it.
