Delicious and very fast service. I was here with one of my girlfriends and they had so many good things to choose from, but I am trying not to go crazy with carbs, so the protein bowl fit the bill. It was absolutely delicious with the vinaigrette, sausage, bacon, pickled onions......all of it. I asked for my eggs over easy instead of scrambled, which they happily did. Good coffee too. What is more important than a good cup of coffee? I can't think of anything. Superb.

Ive enjoyed Snooze near Roosevelt a few times recently and it's been consistently great! The bar is easy accessible; waiting for me when I arrive. Our servers have been efficient and the food has been delicious: The habanero fried rice seems to work for a hangover! Of course the location is awesome, walkable and convenient. INCLUSIVE & SPUD-TASTIC! Snooze is iconic for its representation, good vibes, and bustling brunch aura. I love seeing a bar at brunch time, this is a perfect place for a relaxed, family-friendly experience. This DT Phoenix location is two-stories, it's got a fun, colorful decor and a diverse mural in the back. I absolutely love the feeling of walking into a safe space, you see people of all ages and backgrounds enjoying themselves. Our server was really nice, we had nice chats with the waitresses and Snooze team. My family and I were seated quickly, despite visiting on a Saturday morning. The location is huge, so there's plenty of seating both inside and outside on the patio. I appreciated the outdoor umbrellas providing shade for the customers. RECCOMENDATIONS: I ordered the Spuds Deluxe* which comes with a heaping portion of hash browns, covered with melted cheddar & Jack cheese, scallions and topped two cage-free eggs.(890-1320 cal $15.95). The meal also comes with two "enhancements", I ordered sausage and bacon for my two selections. Although the meal was slightly salty, everything was DELICIOUS. I topped my meal off with a Honey Oat Milk Latte, which was a great pick-me-up for a busy day.

What a letdown on the service at the downtown Phoenix location. We went on a Sunday morning, fully expecting a long wait. Surprisingly, there was no wait at all--and honestly, that should've been a red flag. Every time I've gone to Snooze on a weekend, there's usually a wait, which I don't mind because the food is consistently good. In terms of locations, downtown Phoenix has the best setup and atmosphere in my opinion. I'd rank Tempe second, followed by 24th Street, and then Shea. That's based on the locations I've personally visited. Now, getting back to what really matters--the food. The over-hard eggs were a solid 9.9, the sausage patty was a 10, the bacon an 8, and the hash browns an 11. Great texture every time and cooked perfectly, just how they should be. Food-wise, they still deliver. Service-wise, this location needs some work.

First time having breakfast at Snooze! And wow the food was delicious!!!!! And our waitress, I forgot her name, was super nice and gave great recommendations!! She made our overall experience great ! The restaurant was average but what made it was the food and the customer service ! Definitely recommend this place if you want a nice breakfast. We came here before our Dodger game and definitely will come back when we come back next year for a nice breakfast!

My mom and I worked up an appetite after going to Thiftapalooza at the fair grounds. We did a quick yelp search and found ourselves at Snooze. The only reason for 4 stars is it is downtown and parking is tough. We were lucky to find a metered spot not too far from the restaurant. The decor is super cute and retro. We had fantastic service too, not only did our waitress check on us frequently so did the hostess. Now for the food. My mom had blueberry buttermilk pancakes that came with REAL Vermont maple syrup and NO up charge. That made me extremely happy!! First spot in PHX so far that I've come across. I grew up in Vermont so I am a true maple snob. Also the pancakes were huge and soooo good!! There were made with fresh blueberries you could tell they weren't frozen. I had the smashed avocado benny and added plant based chorizo. It was the bomb!! They also had some really good red and green hot sauce. And I should have mentioned this first but they have an extensive cocktail menu with at least 3 different kinds of Bloody Mary's!! Yum!!!! I was very satisfied and will definitely be back. Also it was very well priced about $30 for two breakfasts and $20 for bloody's.

Great service and shoutout to Lauryn for the best customer service! Definitely will be coming back. I got here super early around opening time and the place was super clean, had great music playing and right around 8am the sun started shining through. Great way to start the morning. I ordered black coffee and the eggs, toast, bacon, hash browns dish.

A nice brunch spot tucked in downtown Phoenix. Very spacious with up stairs seating Music playing in the background. Not to loud just enough to be heard and your date not to scream. They have a whole bar for you to wake up too. The service is great. Very clean tables floors etc. The plate I had was very good and cooked as I requested. I could see this place being a nice chill spot to grab a bite and just spend time with friends. Even the round table is inviting for that. Bathrooms were clean and that made me smile.

Everything about Snooze was fabulous and top tier!! The wonderful bright interior is so welcoming and fresh! The seating is comfortable and accommodating to large and small groups! The staff, servers were amazing and made the experience even better! The food is the star of the show! We ordered the pancake flight, the crab and asparagus omelette, the French toast and the classic breakfast. Everything was made perfectly, tasty with full on flavor and everything complimented each other. I also had an expresso Martini which was one of the best! Our entire group so enjoyed the meal and the entire experience! I wish we had a location in Michigan. Highly recommend!

The food was great. I had the Denver omelette with a side of habanero pork belly. The pork belly was the right amount of salty with very light heat nodes that hit the back of your palate. 10/10. My best friend had biscuits and gravy. She said it's her favorite item on the menu because the gravy, sausages, really compliments the fluffiness of the biscuits. While it's considered a heavy meal you don't feel weighed down after eating it.

Decided to eat here on our last morning in town and were so glad they opened so early. We arrived at 715 and this place is like a retro vibe. Signs all sound introduce you to some seasonal and most popular menu items. There is so much to choose from. We were greeted promptly and the server was very friendly and attentive. We opted for some fancy pancakes and some breakfast items like eggs and hash made in various ways. My eyes were bigger than my stomach but I was determined to try a bunch of things because we were leaving. Food was delish!!!! No complaints except I wish I had a 2nd or 3rd stomach to try more. When I'm back in town, I'll be back!!!

Snooze is a regular breakfast spot for us. This go around we got the spuds delux which is my staple. The berry yogurt bowl, and a pineapple upside down pancake. Everything came out warm and was delicious. I was surprised by the berry bowl! It was very tasty and good value. You can never go wrong with their pineapple upside down pancake, that thing is amazing and you should give it a shot. Service was great, our waiter was very kind, kept our drinks full and his attention to detail was amazing. He remembered one of our party wanted gluten free options. The vibe is modern with both indoor and outdoor seating. We sat indoor this time and it was a fair noise volume for a Saturday.

We were seated right after arrival. We ordered the crab and asparagus omelet, the crab cake bene, the pancake flight, habanero pork belly bene and bella bella bene duo and a strawberry shortcake kids meal. The light salad that came with the omelet was fresh and tasty, the omelet was savory and mild. The crab cake had a great crab to breading ratio. The habanero pork belly was melt in your mouth amazing. We got the strawberry shortcake, Elvis, and pineapple upside down pancakes for the flight. Loved them all! Makes me wish we weren't just visiting Phoenix... or we'd be regulars. Thank you for the great breakfast experience! read more

Although the vegan & gluten-free food options here are minimal, what dishes they do create or modify as vegan and gluten-free are delicious. My wife's first tofu scramble with spinach dish was too salty. The amazingly-helpful & talented server quickly had it replaced with a tofu scramble that tasted wonderful. I had the porridge with fruit; enjoyed the texture and taste of this easy dish. Love the coffee, and the service is absolutely spectacular. Parking for this restaurant is a little tough; but not impossible. Great place to bring groups too! Can't wait to come back. Hoping for increased vegan & gluten-free options and maybe some more dedicated vegan dishes? read more

Ordered for pick up this morning. The food was actually decent but unfortunately we found two hairs just like the one in the photo. One of the hairs was in our bacon container and the other was almost eaten but spit out from our Spuds Deluxe. We also ordered an Smashed Avocado Benny that had a pretty big piece of hard shell in the egg that is also shown in the photo. Couldn't finish our meals. read more

I enjoyed the breakfast. The food was good. The server was there when I needed her and let me eat and read when I didn't. I would have liked a better selection of hot teas. No breakfast blend was surprising, given the extensive drinks menu. Final note this breakfast joint is on the expensive side for breakfast. Really good food! My friend said it was overprices but i found the meal prices to be reasonable, the bill came out a little steep given our coffees we got, but otherwise very reasonable! The food is really good, my eggs Benedict was basically perfect and the Funky Monkey was nice and sweet. We traveled from San Diego and im more than pleased there are locations here. read more

I ordered online for delivery and received sub par food. The sandwich I am didn't have the cheese or the hollandaise sauce even tho it's advertised as coming with those ingredients.avocado was brown and of poor quality. If you're into a $10 dry sandwich with moldy avocado, this is the one to get. read more

Great location in downtown Phoenix. The waitlist option helped make sure that when we arrived that we would have a table to be seated. The menu has many great food and breakfast drink options to choose from and the overall feel of the restaurant is very fun, colorful and simple. Our waitress (Allyn) was amazing and attentive in giving suggestions and delivering food and drinks in a timely manner. Definitely would come back and hope they open more locations! read more

I live next door and would come here frequently, we had to swear off coming because of how often we would go and our order would be completely messed up. We would get the tofu scramble, majority of the time they would bring out egg scramble (we are Vegan). Other times the tofu wouldn't be seasoned at all, or would be over seasoned. I think they need to revamp their Bloody Mary recipe as it's not the best (extremely watered down). I am really sad as this would be a good option for us for a quick bite to eat or brunch. read more

I would give this restaurant in seven stars if possible. Two of us had the shrimp and grits and though we've been eating that dish all across this country for decades, we both agreed this was the best shrimp and grits meal we have ever had. The grits were creamy and the additional vegetables perfectly spaced. There was plenty of sausage and shrimp and the portion size was just right. Our friend's BLT was perfect with great bacon and delicious tomatoes. The service was exquisite, the best we have had in Arizona. You cannot go wrong at Circle Records. read more

I began writing this in my head while I sat waiting for my food and eating. The food was good but not worth the experience of sitting there. The service wasn't bad although it was about an hour before closing so the staff was more focused on closing duties than service. The worst part of the experience was how loud music was and how horrible the acoustics are, this was all made worse be the load music coming from the kitchen which was different than the music being played in the dining room. As I was contemplating my choice go out for a late breakfast I noticed another patron not wearing shoes. I can only assume she slipped them off and the staff didn't notice. At the same table as the shoeless person was a women and her small dog that was so obviously not a service animal and the staff either didn't care or dogs are allowed inside and on the table. read more

We ordered the (starting from top going clockwise) Orange Cranberry Pancakes, Lox-N-Latke Benny, Habanero Pork Belly Benny, and Snooze Classic. Service was great. Our server was friendly and very upbeat. There's plenty of free parking on Sunday. They told us that the wait time was going to be 20-30 mins, but it only took 15. Food was good the make a really good pouched egg for the two Benny. The pork belly dish was spicier than expected and the Lox was a tad salty. The classic was well a classic can't go wrong with it. The pancakes were by far the best. You could taste the orange but it wasn't overwhelming or artificial tasting and they were very generous with the portioning of the pancake. We visited Snooze for brunch. We joined the Yelp waitlist in advance and we're seated seamlessly. Definitely worth doing if you're thinking of going on a busy day. And the service is great. We ordered the benny duo with half habanero pork belly and half barbacoa chile verde, scrambled eggs with tomato, spinach, and goat cheese, and a strawberry pancake. All of the items were solid, with the standout being the habanero pork belly benny. (We also ordered a grapefruit juice, which tasted off, but they promptly replaced it.) I asked him why they changed the menu and he put up his hands as if to say he's not to blame and said he doesn't have anything to do with those decisions. He said that "management decided to make a few substitutions but they're pretty good" and didn't provide any further elaboration. I ordered the appetizer lamb lollipops which had four small pieces for $25. My friend decided to try the "happy hour" cheeseburger and he said it was good but it did appear a bit overpriced for an average burger with a pretty hefty serving of french fries. I really wasn't impressed by the quality of the food, the portion size, the price, or the service. Unfortunately, I'll be taking Rough Rider off my list of regular places i frequent and restaurants I recommend to others.

It was tiny, though--served in a small stemmed glass, gone in a few sips. It did the job, but some may find the portion underwhelming for the price. No major complaints, but nothing pulling me back either. I'm adding a fourth star on a bit of a hunch--I'd like to think they can dial it back in if I return.

I went with a gin cocktail that had coconut flavors something I would never consider with gin but if you read my reviews you know gin is my preferred spirit. It was so good! For two people we ordered three types of empanadas we probably could have gotten away with two flavors and maybe a lighter tapa or desert but really wanted to try the cheese and guava empanada and didn't want that to be a main option in case we didn't like it. Needless to say we really liked all three: picadillo, arroz con pollo and guava and cheese - the picadillo was the favorite however both for the inside flavor and the accompanying dip. Pricing is not bad I'd say the serving and size of the three empanadas for $14 is a great price.

We were surprised to see the restaurant had the front door propped completely open letting the hot air into the restaurant. Since this is a small restaurant you really couldn't escape the heat. The heat unfortunately caused us to leave after a short while.

I don't know how they expected me to get the jelly from the packets onto the damn toast. My husband ordered the breakfast sandwich and he enjoyed that but wanted more meat so I would see if you could ask for an extra Patty for a little bit of a up charge to make sure you're full. He also ordered the burger to go and he enjoyed that we shared the five spice beignets and those were a nice treat very fluffy and were fried just like they do down in New Orleans. I will say that the accompanying caramel sauce was interesting. I didn't hate it, but I'm not sure. I like it either. Overall, it was a good dining experience maybe comeback for happy hour. I don't think I'll be back for brunch as the floor was sticky some of the staff or hung over and getting items at times took a while. Also, I thought my drink was a little weak when I ordered the blood orange shaken margarita but the one in the machine was pretty good so there's that. I will say that the overall experience was OK. I just think they're lacking in some senior leadership and you could tell that the place is being ran by people that are pretty young. It just feels more like a club vibe than going there for a restaurant like experience.

The service was top notch, led by Joshua (I believe!). The only drawback to this place is parking, which is non-existent except for valet or the nearby garage. This was my first time going to snooze and i really wanted to like it. They came to my work advertising their opening so I was excited to go. Once we got there, we were seated right away and asked what we wanted to drink. After that we recieved attitude from the server when we both tried to use the coupon they gave us a work. THEY GAVE US COUPONS FOR FREE PANCAKES AND WOULD NOT EXCEPT THEM BOTH. There were no restrictions on the card. After that, my friend ordered the vegan pancakes and the server asked if she wanted bacon. Anyone with two brain cells would know that vegans do not eat meat, so why did he ask if she wanted bacon? Our food was delivered by someone else who was must kinder and personable. We enjoyed conversing with him. Our server never asked if our food was good, if there was anything he could get us, and never filled my water. The food itself was underwhelming and I feel like I could have made the same thing myself. Presentation was sloppy and unappealing to the eye. My friend still had two pancakes to eat (she only got 3 pancakes to being with) and the server gave us the bill. I was going to order a side but it seemed like he was pushing us out. He never introduced himself to us so on the way out I asked the hostess what his name was. She was unsure but guessed his name was Brandon. We will not be going back. I am super upset because I really wanted to like this place. If any managers of this place are reading this, I hope Brandon gets trained in customer service skills and that this can be resolved so that no one else experiences Snooze the way that we did. I attatched pictures of the coupon they gave to me. There are no restrictions anywhere. We were there for less than 30 minutes. I had the pleasure of dining at Snooze, an AM Eatery, during an unplanned sojourn due to some travel mishaps. Never before have I come across a breakfast spot so contemporary in its approach to dining! Beginning with unparalleled service, the staff (Carly, Carly's assistant, the young lady at the front door, and the gentleman who sat us) exemplified the true definition of courtesy and professionalism. They made my wife and I feel welcome while we were waiting for several hours for our condo to be ready for us... They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, which resonates with the eatery's warm hospitality. The food? Simply put - a symphony of traditional breakfast staples laced with the eatery's unique twist. Very consistently delicious. The food is my favorite breakfast food in downtown, I wouldn't waste your time with breakfast b or Matt's. The avocado benny, shrimp and grits, monte cristo sandwich, and the OMG French toast are some of my favorites. I also really love that this restaurant does good things for the environment such as composting and recycling and using organic foods too really makes a difference. Snooze is a great chain. The service is always awesome too. At this location ask for Thomas, Allyn or Blair to get some killer service. read more

It is advisable to visit this establishment with others and join the waitlist in advance, as the food quality is generally commendable. Dining solo may result in extended wait times or being prioritized behind larger groups. While I understand the preference for groups, limiting the number of individuals who may be accommodated ahead of solo patrons would be reasonable. I will consider this for future visits. I enjoyed my experience at this place, with its atmosphere reminiscent of a vintage diner from the pinup era.
