I've been here a couple of times now and each time the whole thing seems to be slipping between service and the food. I usually order breakfast fried rice but I didn't this time and order corned beef hash with over easy eggs. My eggs were nearly RAW...I actually had cool, runny white all over my plate...I could not eat it nor when asked, wanted it replaced (since our wait for food seemed a bit long) The hash was passable but I'm not going to waste my money for food that makes me gag. I love the retro vibe, the awesome food, the friendly staff, they take reservations AND there's a bar full of mimosas just waiting to happen! Went yesterday and my wife ordered eggs over medium with whites cooked through. Ordered a side of pork belly and had to ask about it several times. It finally came out after we were done eating. Our server only came by once. We had to ask random people for refills of our coffee and water. They never offered to take the pork belly off our check and could of cared less read more

Service & Food are always so great. This area needed a healthy place. It's so easy to adjust to your tastes. Unless of course if you only like junk food. OMGeeeeee...I think every dish should start with OMG!! We came in on a Thursday and had the delicious OMG French Toast and the Crab/Asparagus Omelet...both to die for!! So much that we came back on Friday!! lol We also enjoyed the Bloody Mary's (2 different ones) There was a wait due to Graduations so we chose the bar counter, Staff was amazing, food was scrumptious and we left full and happy! I have several photos to share of both days On the second day we used the Snooze app to get on the wait list since we wanted a booth this time...best idea ever! It expedited the wait and we played corn hole while we waited. We enjoyed the Shrimp and Grits and the Habanero Pork Belly Benny!!! OMGEEEEEE!! lol Amazing breakfast to say the least! Always a pleasure having a big breakfast here. Like all of the Snooze chain that we have visited in Arizona and Colorado, this spot is consistent in its food, service, and environment being highly enjoyable. Now that my wife and I have moved to a city from the remote western slope of Colorado, we will frequent this spot and have our choice of breakfasts and share a pancake. I am partial to the Spuds Deluxe and she likes the Sweet Potato Bacon Smash Up. I really wish that Snooze brought back the Breakfast Pot Pie because that is my all-time favorite. read more

I had high hopes for pancake flight especially with unique flavors of pineapple and sweet potato. Unfortunately I thought overall for the quality and portions just didn't match. The taste was just average nothing stood out and flavoring was just nothing out of ordinary. Almost felt like something you could make at home and save the money. Pro tip there is back parking towards postinos end and they have adjacent parking during certain times. read more

Happy to be able to take my son here today on his day off for a wonderful brunch. I love how Snooze is bright and airy inside. Our waiter was kind and helpful with the menu. My son had the hearty breakfast burrito. It was huge and filled with chorizo, hash browns, black beans , eggs and veggies then topped with a Chile verde sauce. He said the chorizo was mild but tasty. Bestie and I came here for breakfast Saturday and Sunday. Both times we opted to sit in the patio as it was quite loud in the dining room. I was surprised with how large the breakfast burrito was! It came slathered with sauce as a wet burrito. It was filled with hash browns, scrambled eggs, and black beans. I wasn't able to finish the last few bites. On day two, I had the corned beef hash. I was envisioning the petite cubed potatoes and meat but I was so wrong. It was grass fed roast with their shredded hash browns, scrambled eggs, and multi grained wheat toast. It was so delicious. The ambiance was great, I loved the hip hop they were piping in through the speakers. The service on both days was fantastic. Our servers were so friendly. Holy Smokes! Bay area guy here - went to a wedding in FlagStaff. I had based on the awesome waiter. I had the: Double Bacon Sandwich* A soft brioche bun layered with Havarti cheese, Snooze Bacon But Different and seared cider-braised habanero pork belly. Toppedwith an over medium cage-free egg and Dijoncitronette-dressedarugula and pickled red onions. Served with our house-made Sriracha maple aioli and bread &butter pickles. I think I can now say that was the best breakfast sandwich I have ever eaten. It was amazing. You will love it. Prob have to eat it there (dont get it to go), its super messy but in an amazing way. This is a nice little upscale brunch place. I say upscale because it's nice and they have a full bar and dishes that no other restaurant has, plus the prices are a little higher than most brunch spots. The staff is very friendly but the service is super slow and to think it was a Tuesday 1030am. We had a small issue with burnt bacon then we got it replaced but didn't seem to be any different so I'm Guessing they precook the bacon and that was that lol. Never will return. One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. All three of my children were grossed out. First we were seated at a dirty table with crumbs, dirt and hair. The waitress taking our order wasn't welcoming and got my son's order completely wrong. There looked like bite marks in my daughter's fruit and vegetables. There was a bug in her fruit. The bill came out to almost $100 and my 6yo daughter, 13yo daughter and 14yo son were highly dissatisfied. We will never return. My kids asked me to rate the place, it's a negative 10 or more. I was intrigued to find that Tucson had a Snooze. Unfortunately, I was rather disappointed in my experience of this restaurant. My friends and I had to wait almost an hour for a table due to lack of organizing between the online/over the phone and in person waitlist. So by the time we were seated we were hungry. The server took awhile to greet us, and seemed nice at first. We order drinks and after that it all went downhill from there. My friends both ordered different coffee drinks and 1 got parts of her drink at the beginning and then had to wait over 20 minutes for the remaining which by then the coffee was no longer hot or worth it...my other friends coffee came out like five minutes before our food so they either forgot or I don't even know. I liked how they ask if there's any allergies before taking orders, however, when I stated I was vegan and ordered the vegan pancakes not only did a few of the berries seem to have either butter or whipped cream on it, which defeats the purpose of acting like you care about allergies?! I get people love dairy, but there are actual dairy allergies that can cause severe reactions. I just wish restaurants would take that into better consideration. Overall, the food was just ok... I'd rather try some of these other new restaurants opening in Tucson now, next time I visit. read more

My boyfriend and I shared the pancake flight and benny duo. We got the pancake of the week (banana foster), blueberry danish, and pineapple upside down. All three were delicious to me, so to this day I still do not know which one is my favorite. We also got the habanero pork belly and the bella one. The bella one was okay to me; I didn't like how the toast it came on was on the harder side. The habanero one was yummy though. Overall, service is on the slower side but food is good. I've driven by snooze a number of times since it opened but hadn't had the chance to check it out. My wife went with my son and they came back with rave reviews so we went to check it out last week. The servers were very friendly and helpful. We went on a weekday morning before school and were seated right away. I like the option of I side or outside. Everything looked clean and sanitized. The food was reminiscent of a greasy spoon diner, but classed up a notch. There aren't many diners where you can get puff pastry with sausage gravy and a runny egg on top for under $12. The kids loved the pancakes and French toast. We got the French toast OMG'd and they were tasty. The corned beef was cooked well and they were generous with the corned beef. Pro tip from our kids. If you ask you can get a blend of juices for the kids meal. Pineapple/ grapefruit was our family favorite. The portions are large enough to satisfy without making you waddle out the door with food coma and regret. The prices were around $10 a plate which we felt was reasonable. You can find places to eat for less, but we liked the throw back retro feel without the grease that accompanies the classic diner. Definitely recommend checking this place out. This was not or first choice for breakfast, but where we were planning on going was closed for Easter. Wow are we happy about our "second choice"!! The place is bright and clean. Service fast and top notch. I had the afore-mentioned omelette and my wife had the Spuds Deluxe with over medium eggs. Everything made to perfection. Tasty and fresh. They charge for every glass you get!!! That's crazy; however I don't want you to be blind sided. Soda does not have free refills! Moving on! The breakfast tacos with barbacoa and avocado is the best. I also always get a pancake as well. The staff the very nice and knowledgeable. The music sucks but the volume is low enough to be ignored. The menu looks pretty great. I had the burrata and prosciutto toast. The sunny side up eggs were super well done. Some runny yolk would help the bread to go down easier. The presentation of the food was nice thought I wish the flavors were where they could be. To drink I got an iced mocha. The drink was almost all ice and old or the price, it isn't worth it. The service was great when we could hear each other. Food came out in a timely fashion. For once I was there when there wasn't a really long wait. That was nice. My sister had called to be put on the waitlist for 8 people Friday March 16th At 11:15 am. When we got there Jazlyn helped us she didn't see our name on the waitlist and she said that there was nothing she could do with an attitude. The guy she had spoken to on the phone came over and said he saw our name and took us to our table right away. Jazlyn ended up being our waitress. She is by far one of the rudest waitresses I have experienced in my lifetime!! Nothing but attitude and impatience. More than twice we asked to order a particular item and she would say with the snobbiest and most annoyed response that they didn't have that item. When we said we weren't ready to order yet, she would give a very loud sigh with an eye roll to go with it every time. She got frustrated when we asked to split the bill and didn't care to hide her annoyance!! She was so rude!!! I don't care if she was having a bad day or whatever the case but she was so rude and obnoxious the whole time!!! You don't treat your customers like that!! So much attitude she seemed annoyed the whole time!!! We went to celebrate a high school graduate I felt so bad for my sister she left in tears from being treated so bad.
