I kept missing my DHL delivery so I opted to pick up my package at this locker location in Temple City. The pick up hours on the DHL emails says they close at 4:30 PM but they were actually still open when I arrived at around 4:45 PM. The lady that helped me was so nice and patient. I read her my tracking number as she typed it into a tablet. She then checked my ID to verify and I was on my way with my package. The whole experience was very seamless and easy. DHL always requires signature so I think I will opt to have my packages delivered to this locker location more often. Service was impeccable and I would definitely come back for any postal services. Shipping prices/stamps are also very reasonable. I think they also do notary here which is a plus. This location has a small parking lot attached but it was pretty empty when I came. Bad service and terrible attitude. I dropped off my package on Friday ~4pm. The following Friday, I tracked to see where the package has gone, but all I saw was "dropped off," meaning there was no movement on my package at all! I called to ask the lady at the front desk if this was picked up by FedEx on the following Monday after I dropped it off, and she started yelling at me and expressed her disbelief that I was accusing her of losing my package. I tried to calmly explain that I was just looking for confirmation since I didn't see any updates on my tracking number, and she continued to yell, "all the packages have been shipped!" I knew I wasn't going to get anything out of the conversation, so I said thank you, and she said the most condescending "you're welcome" I've ever heard. SNS Postal Center is first-rate. The owner, Agnes is wonderful. She's pleasant, effective and efficient. For the past 6 months, I've had multiple packages arrive and sent daily from SNS. The packages arrive before 1:30pm and are all received in excellent condition, no damage. Packages and mail received are safe, there are no problems with potential mail thieves breaking into your mail box. Any negatives? Came in for notary services. An older lady at the counter said "The lady that notarize is gone since we close at 5pm." I looked at my watch and said "oh but it's only 4:40" to which she rolled her eyes and just looked down at her paper. I walked out saying "ok, well thank you." And received a sarcastic "you are welcome!" It's not like I was demanding or was even in an urgent hurry. Good place to drop off your Fed Ex packages in Temple City. Tried a place on Las Tunas in San Gabriel and all the lady did was complain about the bike lanes the City put in and how no one can get to her business. Didn't want to hear complaints just quickly drop off a package that had been in my car for sometime.
