These ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and juicy and thick. It was hard to remember that these were for later, we wanted them all now! Our sides were fries and baked beans. The beans were good, but the fries were nothing special. My husband got a pulled pork sandwich with green beans and hasn't stopped raving about the green beans the entire time he was eating. He said the sandwich was delicious, too! I like meat cooked well-done, so I ordered a burnt ends sandwich and coleslaw. What a happy surprise that the meat was thinly sliced instead of the usual chunks served at other places! Every single piece of meat was well-cooked, tasty, and not at all fatty or greasy. I'm a fan! I had a crawfish boil as I love me some crawfish. It was a nice big portion but largely potatoes, sausage , corn and eggs. There was a pile of crawfish, too, but they were some of the smallest crawfish I'd ever seen and not at all flavorful. It didn't taste fresh and was pretty greasy. It was a bit of a struggle to finish the whole thing. It really stayed with me how greasy it was. I wish I knew the story behind this place. It's so weird.
