Thank you little guy I hired this company to tint the windows in my guest house using high-quality window film. The space is for my mother, who has medical needs and requires a climate-controlled living environment. Before I hired him, Lance repeatedly assured me he could meet my requirements and told me the negative reviews about his business were false. Unfortunately, my experience was very different. The job was never completed, despite being paid in full with cash. After multiple attempts to contact Lance to have the work finished or discuss a resolution, he blocked my phone number and stopped communicating with me. He even claimed he was "scared for his life" because I continued trying to reach him about completing the work or addressing my payment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I encourage anyone considering hiring them to read the reviews carefully and make an informed decision before paying in full.

I explained to him what I was looking for when it came to tinting my vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and explained in detail the differences among the tints. He even showed me his personal vehicle, which was parked in front of his shop, to see what my vehicle would look like if I went with the darkness he had. I felt no pressure and he didn't try to upsell me with other options. After discussing prices, which I thought was reasonable compared to other places, and length of time of completion, I just waited in their waiting room which has water, a TV and complimentary wifi. He walked out with me and gave me a quick quote, explaining that only the front windows needed to be striped, and gave me an excellent quote that was under the budget I had in mind. I was expecting him to tell me to drop it off and come back another day but he was able to get me in right there, I didn't have another car at the time so I ended up waiting in their very nice lounge, and watched a movie on my iPad. I could not be more pleased with the overall results, especially given the unusual heat wave Vegas has experienced. Both visits I was in by 9am and out by 11-1130...on a Saturday! My car looks amazing but more importantly, my menopausal self isn't overheating this summer even with the AC on full blast!!! Seriously - I can't stand being hot and in the 8 years I've owned this car, getting my windows redone was never a priority - until it was. I'm not joking about menopause - I'm super sensitive to heat now and let me tell you...when I say the difference inside my vehicle was immediately obvious, I'm not joking. Not only did it reinforce the dealership NOT tinting my windows even though they charged me for it - the ceramic tint actually works!!! I can feel my AC so much better than I could before and I'm finally cool inside my vehicle during the day. I have a panoramic sunroof I've never opened in spring/summer because it's always been too dang hot to enjoy during the day. I've been driving around with it fully opened since my windows were done and I'm loving it! I also have serious nightblindness - which is what prompted me to have the windshield done to begin with. Headlights have come a long way in brightness since I got my license in 1987, and as that has advanced...so have my vision issues. Before having the windshield done, I rarely drove at night. During winter I leave my office at 4pm so I'm home before it's dark. Since then, I find myself driving more at night (not a lot or often) and not rushing to get home before dark. When I am out on the roads at night, I'm no longer as worried about being blinded by headlights as I once was. It didn't solve my vision issues, but it's certainly helped cut down the amount of light hitting your retina at night, blinding me. My rear window is the darkest I could get given my windows are stained from Acura and WOW!!! Headlights aren't blinding me in the side and rearview any more either. The owner and his brother - heck, all the staff really - have been great and pleasant to interact with. These guys know their stuff and if I had another car, I'd take it to them. But since I don't - that's what this review is for.
