I also felt a bit alarmed when going through the express wash because of the turbo jet I heard hitting the side of my car.I honestly thought it was gonna come out to Chipped paint, but it ended up being okay. What I loved about this car wash was that they had a giant bin of clean towels ready for me to use on my windows and interior I really did like that and that also contributed to the fourth star I gave today. All in all I would probably come to this car wash again as lo g as my husband was with me, If I had to, but to be honest, I'll be looking for one that has air hoses attached as I love to be able to blow out the cracks of my car while i'm vacuuming. Having detailed my own vehicles for over 50 years I am extremely picky about outside washes and detailing. The challenges with the chains are: 1. Their package deals are tied to one vehicles tag number. ( Not at Park Place. I purchased the 10 wash/detail package with my phone number. My son and wife can use my phone number to wash their cars using the 10 washes. If they are nice to me! 2. The chains let me detail at their locations using supplied soft cloths, air, and vacuums. How nice to let me spend time cleaning the spots that are missed, vacuuming and cleaning the windows inside and out! At least 30 extra minutes in the sun. (Not at Park Place. Three workers spent 15 minutes touching up all areas that were missed during the wash and the floors and windows were like NEW! Outstanding JOB! Be sure to tip the workers in the outside employee tip jar. There is seating inside the building or covered lawn furniture outside. I was fully impressed with all aspects of the business. Eduardo sold me my package after a great explanation. Ally was great at checkout. Their prices on similar services cannot be beat and their attention to detail and your satisfaction is a priority. The price was great and definitely made me try it out since there are many others much closer to my house. The location is on Palomar Airport road, and easy to get to with the turn in at the light. There is also a gas station there along with the car wash in case you need gas or items from their store. The wash was good, the car came out very clean, no visible scratches or anything like that. The vacuum cleaners were ok, but the pressure was not that good. The location is nice, well kept. Two people were waiting before I walked in and I got my car first. The pictures are of how badly my car was "cleaned". I'm taking them in the parking lot of my doctor's office. After I told him what package I wanted to go with, the middle tier, he instantly told me to do a more expensive package. He didn't suggest, he just told me to do it, to which I declined. Regarding the actual car wash, it was very low quality. I had removed everything from our car leaving them plenty of room to clean and wash the interior of the car. However, they ran it through the machine, spent a roughly two minutes barely drying it and wiping down the interior, and called it good. The exterior still had water around the car leaving streaks when it dried, and the interior still had lots of debris and dust on the floor, seats, dashboard, and doors. Overall, I will not be coming back to this carwash, and would not recommend it to others.
