Love SolBol! The granola is my favorite part! I took off a star because I think the prices are way too high for what it is. Regardless, the fruit is fresh and the açaí is always perfectly frozen and not liquidy. Also love the Long Island wooden sign on the wall! Would love one of those !!

Haven't had many acai bowls but had just left the doctors office and wanted something healthier than a bagel and coffee so I ordered a bowl with strawberries bananas granola and coconut and I must say it was filling and so delicious I want to go back ASAP ...

A healthy alternative to the many options around Huntington village, place also sells its own products and has both bowls and smoothies. I can see it being a good place to grab smoothie and cook off in the summer.

Came in today for a small snack before dinner. The place was clean, tables were wiped, everything was stocked and looked nice. I was helped by a woman named Catherine. Holy cow. This girl. All I can say is fantastic. THE MOST DOWN TO EARTH, HILARIOUS, KIND, PERSON I have ever met in a food store. She talked with me and we had a nice conversation and she actually likes to talk to her customers. She did not try to get rid of me or act as if she was bothered by people's presence. She had a wonderful personality and totally boosted my day. She was also very knowledgeable about the whole store in general and answered any questions I had. This experience was awesome and Catherine, you are totally awesome please keep it up and keep spreading those positive vibes!!! 10/10 for sobol and 11/10 for the awesome employees who run the store!

I usually love getting açaí bowls at this location. The food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly. I decided to Uber eats it today and this how is how much they filled my cup. I paid over $10 for an açaí bowl that is half full. This is actually ridiculous. They will never get my business again, going to start going to Beach bowls from now on.

My favorite acai bowl in Huntington-The granola is amazing (and generous portions!). Sometimes when I'm in a rush I order ahead, or get it delivered from door dash. I recommend adding peanut butter or cookie butter. The place is clean and service is quick. Everyone is always friendly whenever I walk in. I have converted several friends into acai bowl addicts after bringing them to SoBol. Perfect location in the heart of Huntington Village. Also compared to the amount I pay for acai bowls in Manhattan (usually upwards of $15!), the price here is under $10 (usually $7-8), making it super reasonable. 5/5--Go here. Just do it.

From the moment you arrive, you can tell this is not just a farm stand -- it's a Long Island institution with heart, history, and soul. The atmosphere is peaceful and inviting, especially compared to the rush of everyday life. Whether you come on a quiet weekday or a busy weekend, there's something comforting about walking through the grounds, seeing families, kids, couples, and longtime locals all enjoying the space. It feels wholesome in the best possible way. The produce and baked goods are where Kerber's truly shines. Everything feels fresh, thoughtfully sourced, and seasonal. Their fruits and vegetables are vibrant and full of flavor, and the baked goods smell incredible the moment you walk inside. The pies are legendary for a reason -- flaky crusts, generous fillings, and that homemade taste that's hard to find these days. Apple pie, crumb pie, pumpkin pie -- you really can't go wrong. Their donuts and breads are also standouts, perfect with a cup of coffee. Speaking of food, the prepared items and snacks are another highlight. While I don't always expect an overly cheerful greeting, the service was very plain and lacked a smile. Even when I mentioned it was my first time, the staff seemed indifferent. I ordered an egg and cheddar cheese biscuit and a small coffee with sugar-free French vanilla and almond milk, which came to $15. I also picked up two mini pies for $14. The breakfast sandwich was okay, but for the price, I expected more cheese and a bit more flavor. However, the mini pastries were absolutely delicious! I would 100% come back just for those. The store itself was very clean.

This is definitely not the case at the Main Street Board Game Cafe! The $15 entrance fee makes perfect sense to me... as they have a great variety of games in surprisingly immaculate condition, and very knowledgeable staff that are happy to explain how all of the games are played. The staff are really what set this cafe apart from others like it. Learning the rules from an expert is what makes complicated strategy based games less scary and more fun!! Everything is also very clean and well maintained, and the food is tasty. Definitely not the fanciest or most complex stuff on the menu, but who's coming here for the food anyway? They make a yummy grilled cheese, and some really good strong espresso based drinks. They have a great selection of teas from the clipper ship tea company as well.

You place your order in the front room, which is stark white with some decorations, and once you receive your order you can step into the back which houses the most 90s goth cozy coffee exterior you can think of. Think: spooky decorations with couches and decorative plates to eat off of. I can only imagine once this place sets root, the insane ambiance that back room would be for poetry readings, live music and other community events! There's a variety of coffee, beans and pastries to choose from. Keep in mind, there's two lattes available on the menu that are actually cold brew based drinks, which was a bit confusing. But I ended up ordering a mocha and a BEC turnover and in about 10 mins, my order was complete! (Keep in mind, this institution is vegan, so oat milk and vegan pastries reign supreme!) My personal preference with a mocha is that it has some bitterness in it, whether it be the espresso or the chocolate. And the mocha I received was very light on that! It was serviceable, but it wasn't amazing. The BEC turnover did have a good amount of filling and the pastry itself was super flaky (and freshly baked). But the interior was a bit salty and the pastry itself left that weird, waxy feel in my mouth. The staff themselves are super nice! A bit bare bones due to the newness of their location, but as kind as can be! Despite my qualms, I will be coming back soon just to try their other offerings and soak up that lovely interior space!
