    Large Coconut Bowl

The coconut bowl! Omg! If you love, love, LOVE coconut like me, i reccomend the coconut bowl. I don't know if it's healthier compared to the other bowls but IDC cause it's so yummy lol. I'm so happy they have this here! I definitely reccomend.

Standard Acai and Small Pitaya. Couldn't decide on one, so I got both!

I must say, I am not a really healthy eater, but I could have this place over ice cream every day of the week and twice on Sunday. I have a new obsession. The Acai bowls here are so good and so fresh. They offer a huge variety of sides. If you haven't given Acai a try, stop by here. The counter help was amazing. I had no idea what to order and they were patient and pointed me in the right direction. Love this place!

I've been to the other franchise in Farmingdale and these were just as good. Service was excellent. The bowls came out so fast and they were exactly like we ordered. My husband regular with honey and mine kids size without honey. It was delicious and the fruit was fresh.

Came here over the weekend. The counter girl was very friendly. Prices are exactly what they should be for an acai bowl. I added PB and it was around $8. Delicious and all ingredients were fresh!

I personally love SoBol, especially after yoga class. The "regular" size is plenty filling. I always add flax seed, sometimes I add almond butter. It's a gluten free (although the oats are made in a factory where gluten products are present), vitamin rich meal. I would eat it everyday if the sugar from the fruit wasn't so high. I validate the sugar by telling myself it's natural. In a traditional bowl you will get granola, açaí, blueberries, strawberries, banana, and coconut flakes. I believe there is also a more mango-y tropical bowl as well, not as sweet as the straw/blueberry one, but I've heard it's tasty. You can add toppings like I mentioned (flax seed, chia seed, hemp seed, almond butter, peanut butter, etc.); be careful, toppings can add up quickly - both financially and calorie wise.

The place is aesthetically pleasing and can do everything right but the Açaí. I might be a little biased because I am Brazilian and frequently have Açaí in Brazil but it still isn't close to the actual thing. I would say for anyone who lives nearby to visit because it is better than red mango or anything similar.

The atmosphere here is pretty nice. I came by around 7pm on a weekday and it was pretty busy, but there were still seats available. Full disclaimer: I love açaí, I'm Brazilian, and I've had açaí in Brazil. With that said, I was a little disappointed with his place. The açaí had lots of fruit and the granola was delicious, but the purée itself tasted a bit watered down and there wasn't much açaí flavor. However, it's definitely better than a bowl from Red Mango or anything like that.

So whenever the weekend comes and you want a light and healthy breakfast bowl. Thus is the perfect solution. The service here is impeccable. Super nice and helpful. I was reluctant at first to try acai at first but once I did try it I knew I'd be having this on a weekly basis if not more. They also have all types of great peanut butter flavors to throw in for extra protein. Cold brew coffee is amazing there. Very fun little fruit bowl bar. One of my favorite places, my girlfriends top favorite acai place.

Is there apple juice in the açaí?

No, unless you ask for it to be made with apple juice. Otherwise it's made with soy milk. You can also opt for almond milk.

It was more of a whole grain pastry than a traditional buttery croissant but because the blueberry filling was so sweet, I was happy for a less decadent pastry. I love that they have a nice array of coffee and matcha drinks too. I'm pretty sure the word has been out for some time now, but when that Starbucks line in the parking lot is just too much, The French Workshop is a better option (however, on a rainy Saturday in May, that line inside was considerable.
