I left my son E bike over there to bleed the brake. After they called to say it's ready for pick up, I arrived five minutes before closing, there been nice enough to check me out. But when I test the bike in the parking lot, I find out that the brake is not working. I left the bike for an extra day. Next day, when I picked up the bikes, we tested in the parking lot and it was much better still Not 100% but better. read more

I HAVE A HARLEY SPORTSTER AND AM A FEMALE THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME FOR SURE 1st visit super nice tire installation $110. 2nd my clutch went out- 850 this last visit i went in bc i kept having problems with my bike so they said $140 to look i need a new front tire , a battery and some bolts were loose. well i signed the 140 diag form so when they sent me the cost breakdown i trusted what they told me was correct but didn't look over it $229.20 for the diag tire they said they got it for $245 on phone but invoice was $350. just for a tire battery and a couple bolts $950 and my right mirror is loose. Not only were they nice to deal with in person, they answer their phone and give you information not to mention they're very willing to help in anyway they can. Was told when we arrived it would be 1-2 before they look at the bike and another 3-4 days to do the job. Supposedly they took in 20 bikes their last hour and 55 minutes yesterday. Good for them. Drove 30 min there. Drove 30 min home. Total waste of time. Disorganized. And they could care less. Good luck. No plans to return. Also no parking. In a bad location in a tiny strip center sandwiched between a Starbucks and a gas station. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would!! BEWARE of this place..... IT A SCAM!!!! Shady business!!!! How they are in business I have no idea. We dropped our Super73 off at there shop to see if they could fix our broken axle bolt or if we needed a new motor (we told them what was wrong with our bike when we took it in) they said to leave it and they will check it out. They told us they would get back to us in a day. My husband had to call 2 weeks later to see what was going on with the bike. Remind you, we just needed to know if it's possible to fix or if we needed a new motor.... The guy said we needed a new motor and it would be almost $900 and if not to come pick it up. We picked it up, only to be told we would be charged $120 for labor..... THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING. They took a Quick Look at the bike and didn't bother with it. Didn't even call 73 to see if it would be under warranty or anything. LAZY! My husband was pissed, he asked them what did they actually do to charge $120 in labor. The guy responded, we put it on a lift and our guy touched it. ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS!!!!!! A guy touched it.... $120!!!!! One guy knew my husband was pissed so he said "just charge him for 30 minutes".... That's still $60 for nothing. They never told us when we dropped it off that there was a charge for a 5 minute look at the bike. Nothing was previously told. If that was the case we could have kept the bike and dealt with 73 ourselves. We knew what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. We asked when we called before dropping it off and they said "bring it in and we'll take a look at it" (that's there way to scam you and make money off of you. If you can order a part yourself and fix something yourself, save yourself the money and don't take it here. I have been in contact with 73 and they have worked with me on getting a new motor for my bike. This place sucks!!! Look elsewhere if you need your bike fixed and you can't do it yourself. Also, the dynamic in this place is off, you can tell that something's up between the "owner" and the employees. It's weird. We said this when we went in to drop our bike off weeks ago. But thought, maybe they were having a bad day. But after today... nope not a bad day, just miserable unhappy people. Got a Medium Nuke proof Carbon Giga they had on consignment. They were very responsive to my offer and put a deal together quickly between me and the bike owner. At time of purchase they totally got the bike ready for me to pick up and Josh gave it a quick little tune-up which is something they did not need to do. Super happy with the bike and the service. I took in a bike for my Gfriends son and they were very clear that the diagnostic fee was $150. They quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a detailed breakdown of the cost to fix the bike and stated the diagnostic fee would be credited to the repairs.
