Large selection of products and knowledgeable associates asked about what I was looking for and what would work best for me. The manager came out to measure and discuss how the work would be done and go over possible additional charges based on my existing flooring. He provided a quote in a very timely manner and we scheduled the date! They assigned a two man team who showed up promptly on time each morning. The installers were amazing. They took such care in my home and were so respectful and efficient! They assisted with some installation questions I had and got right to work. They were so careful moving my furniture around and I was so touched that they made sure my bed area was cleared at the end of their upstairs workdays so I didn't have to sleep on the couch. They used plastic sheeting to mask off closet and bathroom contents to keep the dust down as much as possible due to the floor leveling process. They set up shop in my garage and at the end of each of the 5 days tidied the work spaces and swept up the garage very thoroughly. F and L..... thank you so much. I know I said it a lot but I really love the excellent job you did! I am so happy with the outcome. I love my floors and give OC Hardwood the highest praise possible!!! This was a complex project where we had to remove a lot of existing mixed flooring, deal with leveling costs creatively and work around our family while we lived in the space. The crew was exceptional. When there was problems that required creative solutions they figured out how to stay on budget and made custom flooring adapters to cover specific spacing issues. All of the flooring and baseboard install was done incredibly well. I still see little details where I'm impressed at the level of craftmanship they applied to getting tight corners, hitting rounds and hard angles. The floor has been in for some time now and we had absolutely no follow on issues.

After 6 long years of using our master bathroom shower, we realized the poor workmanship of the house flipper that sold us our house. The installer arrived right on time at 9:00 AM Wednesday morning and was finished by 2:00 PM that same day. I was especially impressed with Lupe, the installer.
