I sent over a quote from a different vendor and after Omar reviewed it he told me he could beat their quote by $500 and probably more if I picked a cheaper laminate. When I arrived at the show room Omar was less then helpful and to be honest seemed like he could care less about our buisness. After reviewing some other options we decide we wanted to go with the exact same material as the original quote which he told me he could beat by $500. He insisted that it would now be the exact same as the other quote I sent over. Feels like a bit of scam to tell customers one thing over the phone and when they show up tell them another. Do not EVER use this company for any flooring projects. I would have given a zero if possibles. The worst part is I was a repeat customer and willing to keep using until what this company did. I simply requested the leveling bags to be left after used to verify what was needed to level the floor. John the associate agreed only to LIE and not leave any bags to verify on qualities that were constantly changing. This was just the start. The showed up with the wrong baseboards for install and gave me an attitude about it. Lastly the worst of all is they purposely left a nail on the base of my stairs.. when confronted they continued to LIE and would not address this issue. I have a nine month year old baby and three year old in my house that could be seriously hurt by this nail they left on purpose. Wow, talk about the nicest most helpful customer service ever?! I emailed them to inquire about a small order of flooring needed and Sean got back to me within 40 minutes! I had left my phone call so he actually called me back. He was honest about how costly it would be to ship the small order needed to my location in Northern California and had some very helpful and kind suggestions that might work for me instead. Compared to the flooring company I've been working with for the past few months, it was like NIGHT and DAY talking to Sean. They actually came in a bit higher than a competing quote, but we got a better product, as we picked a thick high quality Luxury Vinyl Plank, and they did an excellent install. The person I worked with in the store (Omar) was extremely responsive by email or text, and very detailed in his quote, clearly outlining every line-item/cost. The installer and his team were excellent. It was a big team, so they were super quick, clean, and did quality work. The installer went over options with me to do our tricky curved staircase with great results. After a super efficient two-day install, they came back a third day to do a little finish work -- taking extra care to match shoe-base molding in different areas and finish off everything perfectly. If I could give it no stars I would! If you are meticulous and want customer service this is NOT it. After spending close to $30k on hardwood for my 3500 sq ft house. This is the worst vendor I've dealt with. The installation team is rude and disrespectful which isn't a surprise since the owner is the same. There are scratches and chips in the wood and the job isn't clean on the stairs and around doorways. Make sure to read the fine print on the bottom of his estimate/contract as there are EXTRA CHARGES for leveling that isn't included in the bid. They don't tell you how much leveling they use either and I ended up with a extra $1000 bill at the end. I would never recommend this company to anyone! read more

OMG I love my new Provenza Vinyl Flooring! It looks just like wood but is waterproof and only needs water to clean it. We chose Pop Icon as the color because it has shades of both grey and brown so easy to match as colors change. I was referred to this company from a friend who had a great experience with them. It was around Dec 2023 when we contacted them and Arman came out to measure our home for new carpet. He was very helpful and friendly and brought some samples to see how they looked in our space. We chose a color and style, but to be sure we went to their shop to see all their selections, which they have a lot of. Due to the expense (I ended up getting a few quotes and their pricing was very competitive) we took a few months to actually pull the trigger but couldn't be more happy with it.
