The cleaning is very superficial. At our last cleaning they didn't clean the kitchen sink or the showers. We canceled the very next day and Jonathan, whom has been rude to me at other times, told us he would send us to collections because there is a 30 day notice that I never heard of. We never signed a contract so that's news to us. One time I wanted to reschedule and he was trying to send his people to my house at 5 am. So I was sent SoCal Empire through amazon. Although I was hesitant, they did an amazing job. Ruby came out to my home and she was very detail oriented and nice. I my house wasn't messy but it needed a good deep clean after a remodel and SoCal exceeded our expectations. Jonathan called the day before and spoke to us about the service we needed and confirmed the time frame with us. I like to clean my own home because I am very picky but Ruby handled business! The whole process was smooth, on time and Jonathan was very professional and very communicative with me through the whole process. If you want your floors to get swept and mopped for $168 dollars go right ahead. They were there for 5 hours and did about 20 minutes worth or work. We ended up having to hire another cleaner to do the job right. I would give negative stars if I could. STAY AWAY! read more

The representative from this company was so unprofessional and rude. We scheduled cleaning services between 8-11 AM through Amazon. A representative from the company called us at 9:30 PM (too late) the night before to go over the details. He informed us that they wouldn't arrive until 12;30. We said that was unacceptable and that if they didn't arrive at the time they committed to, that we would contact amazon to let them know. The man raised his voice, refused to provide his name, accused us of threatening him, and then hung up on us. I am so glad that we were able to cancel before they arrived. I am very pleased with SoCal Empire Group LLC. We had neglected the cleaning of our apartment for far too long and wanted someone in to clean as soon as possible. I phoned YESTERDAY, and Johnathan found someone to come in and clean for me at 9 this morning. The woman who came (Eugenia) cleaned every room and put in extra work in the bathrooms and refrigerator as I requested. We are expecting to move in on a Friday and thursday midnight suddenly decided to have the house cleaned. Some companies open at 7 or 8am and usually already booked for few weeks in advanced. Hired Jonathan on amazon services. First, he rescheduled saying they couldn't find our residence. Then on day of reschedule he said he wanted extra $100 for services negotiated (claiming area was bigger than stated but did not come see property or what we wanted cleaned before saying he wanted extra $$). We contacted amazon and they informed us that this is not how services and payments are rendered and they told us not to pay him anything and all payments should go through amazon. We spoke with Johnathan again and said we still wanted him to come out and do the work that was paid for and if he wanted more money we would have to negotiate additional services. He refused to come out and hung up on us. Amazon will hold true to their word and send another cleaner, but Jonathan was extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend. read more

We have now used SoCal Empire 3 times in the last 2 months for the cleaning of our apartment units and they are bar none the best cleaning company we have ever used in 40 years. Not only are they super reasonable, they will do the job until its done right. We needed a last minute job and the next day they came and did a more than thorough job. I also hired them for cleaning service via Amazon to get the house cleaned tomorrow (Sunday just before Christmas). I put in the order with amazon over a week ago. A representative from the company called around 7pm tonight to "confirm details" and tried to upsell me claiming that they could not clean my house in the 5 hours that I had ordered and needed 6 hours in order to do a quality job and it would cost an extra $45. I have order cleaning services 3 other times through amazon and companies they sent prior this have all done a quality job in 5 hours or less. I even told them the guy that they didnt have to clean one of the 4 bedrooms which should have reduced the time and cost needed. He was very rude and refused to send someone to clean unless we agreed to the upsell. I ended up canceling the service. I would rather clean the house myself while juggling a 2 month old baby and a sick toddler than be taken advantage of by this company! read more
