The crew removed the upstairs window screens as part of the cleaning. According to the company, they were still responsible for cleaning the screens, but they had arranged for my interior cleaners, who were working at the house at the same time, to put the screens back afterward. The problem is that the upstairs screens were never cleaned in the first place, and my interior cleaners said they were never told or asked to reinstall them. After everyone left, I discovered the upstairs screens were still dirty and had been left off the windows. When I contacted the company to resolve the issue, I was told they could not come back because the property was too far away and they did not have any other jobs in the area. I was also unable to personally inspect the windows and screens after they were eventually reinstalled. The current occupants are now telling me that some of the screens appear to be bent. Since I wasn't able to inspect them immediately after the cleaning, I can't say exactly when or how that happened, but it adds to the frustration of how the screens were handled and the lack of follow-through. Regardless of who was supposedly responsible for putting the screens back, cleaning them was part of the exterior company's work and that was not completed. There also appears to have been poor communication regarding who was responsible for reinstalling them. Overall, scheduling was easy and the basic cleaning was fine, but leaving the screens dirty and removed, followed by an unwillingness to return and correct the issue, was disappointing. Based on my experience, I would recommend using a different company.

The good: the actual windows are clean…read more The bad: When daniel the owner is part of the team cleaning for the day it has been better service. However when he is not present ( majority of my cleanings), the techs dont leave the property they way the found it. Gates left open( i have a dog and a dog door he has free access too , so thats unsafe and very unsettling), their dirty rags have been left all over, screens not placed back on properly, and on one occasion, all their buckets and cleaning stuff have been left( that was the first cleaning by a very green tech and which took multiple texts between him and I as well as multiple days for the tech to retrieve his belongings) . Out of my 5 cleanings, Daniel was there twice and during those times things went smooth. Other negatives: sheduling and keeping the agreed day is difficult. Had multiple times where either the tech didnt bring the correct equipment for my high windows and had to reschedule, or the office sent texts confirming the wrong day and I would have to spend extras time to call or text to reconfirm, or one time the tech got sick and they had to reschedule. I understand things arise ( like illness) but repeat wrong days, repeat rescheduling, and or not having the correct equipment after you know my house is a bit of a problem. I decided not to renew my yearly contract and at last scheduled cleaning 2 weeks ago it was a bit of a let down. my screens ( this was inside and out cleaning) were filthy. I am under the impression that screen and tract cleaning is part of the service ( if i am wrong then disregard this part of the review and if it is , see photos). Tech piled the screens out front but either never cleans the screens unless off camera ( my security cameras have some but very few blind spots) or if he did clean them it was so minimal). I called thr office the next day to confirm screen cleaning was included and if so to report the mishap ( fyi they cleaned screens in the past and this feature is listed on their website). I had to leave a message ( which was less than 24 hours after the cleaning). However no one bothered to call back. I assume bc I didnt renew. Bad way to end tho imo. Wanted to support a young business. Even talked to Daniel around the 3rd service to express some of the things that could use improvement( in his defense he did listen and came for the next cleaning which went well) but after that, things still were sub par.
