The nursing staff and CNAs are kind, attentive, and truly dedicated to their residents. They treat patients with patience and respect, which gives our family peace of mind. In these past few months, I've also noticed positive changes in the way things are being managed. The administration seems more involved and responsive, and communication with families has definitely improved. It's clear that they're making an effort to enhance the overall experience for residents and their loved ones. No facility is perfect, but I can confidently say that the team here genuinely cares and that makes all the difference. He patiently listened and provided suggestions that help shape my mother's transition from assisted living, to returning back home. Tanner listed to all our needs and found a perfect match for us. Brenda was brought on to provide care a few hours a day, several days a week. She was a blessing for all of us. Especially my mother. All the stress we had all been experiencing, since my mother's fall as gone. My mother reported just how much help Brenda was and in a short few weeks, we could all see my mother bounced back. It would not have been possible with Tanner, Brenda and everyone at Loving Homecare. I never put much stock in on-line reviews, but the reviews for Loving Homecare is was made me make them my first call. They should be very proud of the services they provide. I am thankful for them.

I contacted Loving Home Care and spoke to Tanner Gish who then came and paid a visit in my dad's home for an assessment. The caregivers they provided for us were all well-experienced and dependable. Most recently caring for my dad were Irma and Diana. Honestly, they felt like family members, very trustworthy, responsible and compassionate in doing their job. My 101 year old bedridden dad had been very picky with his caregivers and he trusted them implicitly with his care. My approximate two year experience with this agency made my family's life so much easier! Thanks Tanner and team for all your caring and support, my family is forever grateful.

A Heartfelt Thank You to an Amazing Healthcare Team at the Monterey Park Convalescent Hospital…read more Our family is deeply grateful for the care my father-in-law received at the Monterey Park Convalescent Hospital when he suffered from a stroke. It was a challenging time for us, but the warmth and dedication of the staff made all the difference. We found them on Medicare.gov with 5 stars rating and they definitely deserve this rating. They also have multilingual staff on board which was very helpful for my father-in-law. Starting from the administrative staff (Veronica, Leticia), and Social Worker (Ms. Bi) were very responsive to our calls, very knowledgeable and informative, resourceful accommodating, and always ready to help. The nurses (Sarah, Daisy, Vicky, Socorro, Angela, Fei, Jessica, Agnes, Elia, Mel, Daniel, Rose, Divine, Zenny, Hannah, and several others); nursing assistants (Maria, Alex, Moses, Gloria, Lupe, Juan, Linda, Yolanda, Vilente, Maple and several others); physical therapists (Rowena, Sue, Rosa, and several others); nutritionist (Norma and staff) were all highly skilled but also incredibly kind and loving, patient, and accommodating. They worked as a team and tirelessly helped my dad 24/7. Every aspect of his care was handled with compassion and professionalism. From medicine feeding, incontinence changes, careful bathing, to well-prepared and personalized meals assessed by the oral therapist and nutritionist, and laundry cleaning, they took good care of him. They also kept us informed every step of the way, providing timely updates on his condition. Beyond medical care, they also created a warm, welcoming environment. The facility was kept cleaned and well maintained, and they thoughtfully decorated the place for every holidays making it felt like home. In addition to medical services, they create a warm, welcoming environment. The facility is kept clean and well maintained, they are decorated for the holidays and with caring staff, it makes it feel like home. We truly appreciate everything the whole team has done for my father-in-law. Their dedication and kindness will always be remembered. Thank you!

My grandma had stayed there 2 times and here is the experience:…read more The first time: Grandma said that they wheel you into the shower, strip you of your clothes then spray you with a hose like a dog. Then they leave you soaking wet to get clothes. Imagine how cold that is. The last time: Grandma's condition got worse and was transferred here from the ER. She couldn't move, so they had to turn her every few hours. After a few days, they called to say "you gotta take her back to where she came from. she isn't like this the last time she was here and she is too much work. wherever she was before, take her back now." I said she had been home but now she needs professional help since she is still on IV and we don't know how to do that. Few days after that initial call, we got a call on a Sunday night and they said she stopped breathing. I said what? The lady on the phone said she stopped breathing and now we sent her to the ER. When I saw the ER doctor, he said "her condition wasn't that bad to a point that she would die. something happened at the nursing home". I was there when she woke up from the coma, and she was in such terror like she woke up from a terrible nightmare like the end of the world. I don't have to be there and I know exactly what happened.

My father spent about a month here and we have mixed feelings about the facility…read more Pro: very single one of the floor staff was wonderful. They were attentive, polite, friendly, professional, helpful, and there were plenty of folks working on the floor. I never felt like I couldn't find someone to help. PT and OT came and worked with my dad every day. Staff brought his meals timely every day. CNA's did their best to help him dress, bathe, etc and were helpful and responsive to family members. We never felt like attention to the patient was lacking. Con: the office staff is not responsive at all. I left messages for case manager and billing dept. throughout my dad's stay, and none of them ever called me back ever. Only one time did anyone (social services director) ever return my call. The patient room space really sucks. Most available rooms have four people jammed in to rooms that look like they were designed for two people. I never knew a quad room even existed until my dad was sent here. When I asked for him to be moved to a two person room, none were available. I was told those were rarely available. My dad's curtained off space felt like about 10 x 12. No privacy and no room for visitors. Imagine four men in a room while one is on the phone, one has visitors, one is watching tv, and one has loud music on. All in the same room. Had to constantly reposition things in my dad's space (tv, wheel chair, bedside table, oxygen machine, chair for a visitor) depending on what you wanted access to at any given time. Could not open his closet without moving furnishings out of the way. Anyway it's acceptable for the nice floor staff, but I wished my dad was elsewhere because of all the other reasons.

Everyone is so friendly and you can tell they all work hard. It's a nice place to come toread more
