He helped me order it and had it shipped to my house. The salesman went above and beyond to help me out and made sure I was a satisfied customer. The icing on the cake was, the hoodie was on sale and free shipping! It was a great deal. The zip up hoodie was delivered 2 days later. It fit perfectly and looks great. This was during Christmas. I did not buy a lot just a few items. Dicks does not give you any warning before at all. I have $200 sneakers I cannot exchange size a little too big. Under their recommendation, I purchased a suppressor, good quality red dot, and red dot mount for a PCC. When I was finally able to get the suppressor attached, the mount that I bought under the recommendation did not co-witness with the iron sites. When I tried to return/exchange for something else, I was told that it was past their 30 day return policy. I asked if they could simply allow me to exchange it for other merchandise, but again stuck to their policy. Needless to say, I am very disappointed. I had to wait more than 30 days for the adapters to mount the suppressor on the PCC, but I never went back and told them to cancel that order so I could purchase somewhere else. I was very patient and respectful with them while I waited. While I am not a huge customer, I will no longer be a customer.
