WAIT TF YOU MEAN YA DONT COMMUNICATE WITH YA VENDORS WHO HAVE TO SCAN EACH PACKAGE WHEN RECEIVING AND SHIPPING THEM OUT AND HAVE TO SIGN FOR THEM???? Assuming WSS would help by tracking my package THAT WAS ALREADY IN THE STORE WAIT TO BE PICKED UP BY THE CUSTOMER... they send to contact fedex ground to find out where it's at!
