I cannot believe the costumer service here. I always buy my sons soccer gear from here and cannot believe how disrespectful the employees can be. I spent more than $300 dollars here about two weeks ago. We mad a mistake on the color of the shorts for my son. I come in to exchange it from blue to black, for $13 she is like where is your receipt and what not. Dude I just want to exchange don't want the money back. Every time I have gone to this store I have encountered the worst customer service. I always try to give multiple chances but I can't anymore. I spend hundreds of dollars for soccer clubs and they treat you like you are a bother shopping? I would not recommend this store, but if you need any soccer related items go to the store in the Valley. This place has every kind of jersey for every team! Great selection of soccer memorabilia and friendly staff. Make sure to ask for Arlen. Absolutely the BEST soccer store in the Southland. Great stock, great selection even a great sale section. I found everything I was looking for here. (A kids Barca kit, Chelsea 3/4 training pants). And take a look at the shirts section, everything you could want is there, except for Manchester United and Liverpool shirts. I mean, they're there but WHY would you want to buy that stuff. It's not just shirts and apparel from the big football nation (Eng, Ita and Esp) but I also found Dutch, Scottish and French league stuff. I think that this is mostly based off of their sales and clearance selection, which is usually plentiful. I LOVE football, but charging $100 for a jersey is criminal. So, if you are looking for a new Manchester United or a Messi Barcelona #10, better to go online, or find a friend in Hong Kong to buy one for you for $5. That being said, if you are a fan like I am, and have $50 to spend on stuff, by all means, give this store a visit. Nice selection of jerseys, shirts, shorts, and sometimes you can even find yourself a decent pair of boots. Place is awesome a go too if you're a soccer fan in the Northeast L.A./Glendale/Pasadena area. They always have sales on their stuff. Their return policy though is a 1 star. They have very knowledgable employees on the soccer teams and their inventory. I know they had several locations, so if they had more inventory in the Glendale store that would be great. My brother and I drove an hour to get our gear from hear, maybe it was our bad for not calling ahead, but I just wish they would have had more in stock so we wouldn't be going from store to store. No complaint about the employees whatsoever. All were friendly and helpful. Would definitely come to this place again, but I will probably call ahead to check on their inventory. read more

I wish I could give 4.5 stars, but this thing won't let me.... I don't normally write reviews, but I had to on this one. A friend referred me here - I haven't played soccer in literally 10 years (and in SF), and just joined an adult league here in LA. I had no CLUE where to go and needed EVERYTHING new. The people here were SUPER attentive, and quick. They were helping multiple people at a time, and still weren't rude. One of the guys was able to grab me multiple pairs of cleats based on me flashing them across the room at him! Only two (2) negatives I would say is that their women's selection is TINY, so if you have small feet you have to get little boys...and they were out of almost every cleat I chose IN my size. Including the indoor shoes. Still, the sales people stuck with me and I found a great pair - I am SUPER particular, and they were polite and helpful the entire time. .5 star only taken off because they were out of everything I wanted (including shinguards), but maybe I came on a bad day? read more

This is a good spot to get your stuff. Their prices are ok and their selection overall is not bad. Even if you look on the racks they have on the sales floor you might find some gear for a few non mainstream clubs and teams if those are what you support. I was recommended to this store by my co-worker for my daughter's soccer equipment, apparently they only have one good employee that is willing to help you. I unfortunately did not get that employee, I was helped by a gentleman that apparently does not know how to deal with customers, he kept trying to sell me some shoes that did not fit my daughter and insisted that she used children's sizes even though I repeatedly told him she needed adults sized shoes. He did not want to show my daughter the shoes she wanted (which were the perfect shoes for her as they were her school colors) so I had to go some where else to purchase her equipment. If you go to this store ask to be helped by the younger gentleman that's behind the register, he was very helpful until he was taken away. Definitely would not go back! read more

I went in to get a name printed on the back of a jersey a few weeks back and had to actively get the attention of the one person that seemed to be working in the store. they didn't know about the products in the store and seemed rather annoyed that I was asking for this simple service and after I was charged for the printing and premier league badges and waited a half hour for apparently no reason I was told they couldn't do the name as they were out of the letters and also were out of badges so they refunded me my money and said to call back a week from then and they would get the letters for me and I called and they didn't have the letters they said they would get in for me. So I went to Soccer plus in Pasadena and was in and out in 10 mins. read more

The owner of the store is rude, and they don't stand by their work. My son had them put printing on a pair of soccer shorts and a soccer jersey, and they screwed both of them up. They did give him a new jersey because the print job was so bad the jersey was basically ruined. But all they offered to do was reprint on the shorts. The reprinting job they did was just as bad as the first time -- the numbers started flaking off after two washes in cold water. So he is now stuck with a pair of shorts with lousy printing on it, and they refused to do anything to make up for their poor work. My son has bought a lot of soccer gear at the store but we won't be returning after this very negative experience. read more

I believe this is a chain, yet not same owners??? If you are looking for amazing customer service go to the Granada Hills store on Balboa... which I will review separately. This location however needs MAJOR help, starting with the clueless girl who has to disappear for 10 minutes at a time each time you ask her a question - "let me to ask my manager" and she's gone forever. To make a long story short, the only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the past experiences (4 years ago) I have had.. things have gone down hill ever since. They were not tremendous even then, but after my last visit there a few days ago, I decided I have given them one too many chances. My 3 boys go to soccer in Glendale so this has been the most convenient location. But I vow to not go there ever again, and drive further distances to get quality. Over the several years, I have spent an outrageous amount on soccer gear, so I can certify that I have given them plenty of business. You would think customer service and loyalty would be a thing... Everything I've ever wanted has been in stock and available for me EVERYTIME Ive gone in. I wanted the Newest Chelsea jersey for my GF. I walked in and it was available in Small ready to purchase. New York RedBull in XXL with Henry #14...picked up for my brother. There's jerseys in this store that I wonder who the hell buys? French Ligue, Bundesliga, Non knock off Mexican League jerseys...It seems like Soccer Stores stocks it all!! You need cleats? Umbro Speciali's or the newest Adidas. In Stock!! T-shirts? yes! In stock! Its nice to see all the options in front of you before you decide which item to pick. The staff there know their stuff...I know this cos Ive tested them on a number of occasions. the employees were helpful and really nice. there was a cute girl working today too. but the store manager was a jerk towards me. i bought a landon donovan usa jersey and got it printed there except his name was way off centered to the point that it was not worth my $100+tax!!!! i showed it to him and he takes a look at it then brings it to the back and comes out and says we have no more... which is most likely a lie since everyone that was walking in and out of that store either was looking for a donovan jersey or was walking away with one even after me ;( i'll probably try again tomorrow morning and magically they will probably have some. read more

I have been coming here on and off for my son's soccer gear. Today I went there to see if we could exchange a pair of adidas cleats we got last week. Of course my son wore it a few times for practice and unfortunately they weren't fitting well. The manager Rasol flat out said no. He told us we had to contact adidas directly for a refund or exchange. He told us most of his customers do that and eventually get a refund/exchange. I was a little surprised because I've exchanged shoes at my local running store in Pasadena after even a month of use with no problem. At any rate, everybody at the store was totally unfriendly and unsympathetic to us. Next time we will go to that soccer store in Pasadena on Los Robles with better customer service. read more

Disappointing customer service, so we walked out and gave our business elsewhere. Upon entering, 3 young employees made it a point of looking at their phones, and laughing at who can make a bigger chewing gum bubble. No one spoke to us while we walked around. I tried looking for goalie gloves but after 6 minutes in the shop, no one bothered to assist. I saw a 4th female employee sitting down in the back shoe room aggressively texting. The salesman was very helpful in fitting shoes for my son and daughter. They needed to try on several pairs to get the right fit, but he was patient and checked the fit of each pair even though the store was pretty busy at the time. We got quality shoes that my kids like. Might give 4.5 stars as they were out of the right size in a few pairs but the experience was closer to a 5 than a 4. read more

Excellent customer service! As good as it gets! After purchasing a Spain flag for the Euro 2012 championship, I asked the younger gentleman if he could do me a favor and authenticate a jersey I bought off of someone. He graciously did and I left the store with a smile on my face. Two weeks later, the name-set off of my authentic jersey began to peel. I went in to see if they could go ahead and iron press it for me. The younger gentleman once again pulled through and did an excellent job. When I asked him how much money I owed him, he said it was free of charge (keep in mind, I did not buy the jersey from them). Once again, I left the store with a smile on my face. These guys love what they do. They love the game and are a perfect example of the camaraderie between us soccer fans. Okay, do they really deserve 5 stars??? I don't know, why not? With three 5 star reviews before my review, I don't have the heart to knock them down a notch, nor do I really have a reason. I am playing this season in the LA City League and they are sticklers, requiring us to all have matching colors, i.e. shorts, socks, shirts, etc....I still don't actually have a team shirt so I needed a red one that would suffice. I was hoping to find a generic shirt with a # on the back, but nope, but I did find a Chivas USA red shirt and can just put tape on the back with a random number. Works for me. They seemed to have a decent selection of other stuff, as I also bought some red socks and some red shorts. The red shorts said large but I must have a fat ass or something cause they are a little tight.....I probably won't use them at all....and the down side is that there are no returns or exchanges....I'm not really sure why that is...and I pondered docking them a star for that, but I guess its my fault for not trying them on in the store or something, so I'll let it slide. If I need something else I might go back...my shoes are getting a bit worn. Prices seemed reasonable. read more
