When I called today to have my bike checked out I was told "sure we are not busy, bring it in, we'll look at it and if nothing is really wrong with it there won't be much of a charge, we'll get you in and out". When I brought it in 30 minutes later it was another story. The short dirty looking fellow that came out to "help" me was condescending and said to even look at it all, I'd have to leave it there and it would cost almost 100 dollars after tax. He had a seriously nasty attitude and was trying to get rid of me as quickly as possible. How busy can they be in March? Anyway, I told him that's not what I was told on the phone and he said it was. I told it that it most certainly was not and I left. Huge waste of my time and I'm glad I only brought one bike in. I have four. I planned on having some work done on a couple of them there too. I wanted to see how this went first. If you didn't buy one of their bikes, don't take it there. That's the message I got. Typical attitude for the area.

After asking if I had any specific issues and listening and explaining to me what adjustments they'd make, he also assured me they'd check over the whole bike. The store is a lot smaller than the other location, but still had a good selection of merchandise to see and try on hand. The guys know a lot about cycling and area trails/rides and are very eager to help. I'm glad to have such a trustworthy cycle shop to meet my needs.

Rob at bicycle hub had recommended a bike for me and I love the endurance road bike I got (his recommendation), so I decided to give him a try for tuneups too. He did a great job and my bike returned cleaned up and in tip top shape. He even was able to add on an extra bike. Price was great. Very happy with bicycle hub and would definitely use them again!

He knows his stuff and charges very fair prices. I got my bike back and it is like brand new. He spent a lot of time degreasing everything, tuning it up, and making the repairs I needed. It took a few days, but it was well worth the wait. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing work on their bike. Also, he has a ton of refurbished kid's bikes for sale, you should check it out if you're into bikes, it's fun just to walk through.

Called back to Southeast and told them but too late because they don't care. I guess we will part ways and lessen learned for this old guy but I will share my story with our riding group.
