Great service and friendly staff! I was in the market for a new pair of cleats but was heading back to upstate NY for school. My buddies from soccer practice told me of this place so i decided to check it out myself, sadly the service from the girl working on Sunday was no help. They didn't have the cleats i was looking for, but i would've been open to buying a different pair of cleats but she didn't seem to care about recommending another shoe or referring me to the other store. The other guy on shift was just wondering around , he could've atleast stepped in and said something to help his coworker out. This is a family owned soccer specialty store, where you'd find all you need for soccer. If you like supporting small businesses, like I do, then think again. Should you need to return or exchange an item, for whatever reason, the chances are they won't take it back. Be mindful of this when you are not absolutely certain you are buying a keeper; in that case, you'd be better off getting it at a large chain store instead. read more

I did have a sort of bad experience though I walked in with my girlfriend to but some equipment for our son the lady was behind the cashier when she told us to just ask her if we wanted anything. we were looking at the shoes when I noticed the lady was right next to us watching just watching our moves I wanted to tell her something but it did feel kind of embarrassing the store is very small so I don't even know why she literally had to stand right next to us with whatever step we took. I ended up buying more things then I expected just to show that I'm not interested in any robbing and yes I ended up giving her an additude. I have been doing business with SoccerKraze for 4 years now and they are absolutely fantastic to work with. It can be difficult to order a complete soccer uniform including warm-ups and parkas for 40 high school girls without there being some changes. Dora and Sandra are always pleasant and patient with me as I have to change the order more often than not. They also keep me updated on the few things that may be backordered. They are knowledgeable and the store is stocked nicely and they have a great selection of soccer equipment in addition to uniforms and warm-ups etc. We have purchased everything we require to run a soccer program from SoccerKraze! Very good service: As soon as i walked into the door an employee said "feel free to look around, if you need any help please let me know." I looked around for a few minutes then asked for a pair of cleats for my 9 year old. The staff showed patience and professionalism even helping my son try the cleats on. I happened to find out that when paying they asked me if my team was registered, I said I didn't know. When I gave them my son's team name they said the coach was registered and I was getting a GREAT discount. Very Disappointing!!! Drove from the East Bay for a soccer game and wanted to check this store out for some Futsal Shoes. It was Sunday afternoon, not very busy, 3 people working in this "very small" shop and not one acknowledge we had even walked in! My daughter went right to the shoes on the back wall and was holding $110 futsal shoe in her hand waiting for assistance. After several minutes of standing and trying to get the staffs attention without any luck...someone came from the back and asked if we needed help. We responded with the shoe size she would like to try on, the staff member looked inside the display shoe we were holding and it was the same size we asked for, so she told us to just try that one on and walked away to stand in the corner and talk to the other staff......REALLY?! $110 shoes and you can't bother to walk your lazy butt in the back and get the other shoe to try on? Who would even buy shoes without trying both on??!!!! Needless to say we put the display shoe down and walked out! Worst customer service EVER!!! Drove straight to Soccer Pro! Don't know why we even bothered with looking anywhere else but Soccer Pro. Best service and Best gear every time!!!! read more

Wish there was a negative star rating because service was below a 0. My friend who knows a lot about soccer cleats called the store and asked for a specific pair to which he was assured were the right shoes. After an hour of driving in traffic I get there and the shoes that were held are completely the wrong pair. The boy that was helping me was just that a child who tried to first say he didn't pick up the phone, the story then changed to my friend didn't ask him if he was sure and the price of them, to him finally admitting the shoe boxes look similar so I didn't bother checking. There is nothing wrong with having high school and college kids work in a store, but perhaps you should train them so they can provide decent customer service. I repeatedly asked for his name which he refused to provide and when I asked for the store's owner he pointed to business card of an assistant manager. This chain has a total of what I'm sure are family owned stores and they are not doing themselves any favors in a world overrun by major corporations. It is sad when you try to go out of your way to support a local business to only get crappy service and have spent wasted time and gas on an item the store clerk couldn't have been bothered to even open the box for or read the freakin label. No surprise, I will never return again. The Bay Area particularly San Jose has some great family owned soccer businesses I would rather give my hard earned money to. read more

I live very close to soccerkraze, so it's very convenient for me to buy any equipment my son needs for his soccer gear. I have yet to have a pleasant experience at this store. I was there the other day to buy footsol shoes, I had to beg for assistance, I don't know anything about the shoes, and I couldn't get the girl to help me. She would just answer my questions, not make any suggestions. She brought the shoe out and just gave me the box, the shoe needed to be laced (I assumed that would be her job), and she did nothing. Other times when I have gone there, the employees just stand there and talk to there friends, no one and I mean no one turned around and said if I needed any help. I had to go to them and interrupt their conversation. I keep forgetting that Big 5 is on Campbell. Well, I won't forget it anymore. read more
