This review is long overdue! If I could give Jenny and Marc 10 stars I would. I had my daughters 1st birthday here and I couldn't have asked for a better party. They took care of everything! I wanted a special one in a melon theme for her decorations and they knocked it out of the park. The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and I didn't have to worry about a single thing during the party. Best of all, all of my guests, kids and adults alike, raved about the party and we're absolutely blown away by everything. I received so many compliments afterwards and I would highly recommend having any type of event at this space. After the party, they took care of all the cleanup and packaged all of the leftover cakes, goodies, and food, for me to take home. Marc, Jenny, and their staff were all very attentive and made sure all of my needs were met. 10/10 would recommend! read more

Last month I had my baby shower at Social Play Haus. It is absolutely perfect. Marc and Jenni were so easy to work with and made sure we got everything we wanted. I need to give Social Play Haus a huge Thank You!! We recently had my son's 8th birthday party here. My son has Autism and all his friends are on the Spectrum. The staff at Social Play Haus did such an AMAZING job not only with decorating and wonderful catered foods but also with Autism Awareness and Sensitivity and making sure all the children had a phenomenal time, which they all did. This place is extremely clean. The staff are friendly and so sweet with the children. There is a café with drinks and snacks. Along the perimeter of the play area has seating where you can watch your children play. The play area has so many activities for children along with the staff members. They are an extra set of eyes on your kids. I brought my daughter here on a playdate. The environment fosters children to socialize share and be kind to one another-the basis of why Jenni and Mark created this Haus. I know this because they are so welcoming and spoke to each of us. My husband and I took our 3 year old son and infant daughter here today. Everything was great-service, food and cleanliness. All staff were masked and the facility was super clean. Lunch was great and my son had a blast playing, albeit alone b/c he was the only kid there! The owner was extremely personable and made sure we were doing well. Social PlayHaus is not only for children!! It is a great space for adults to hang out, have a drink and some food and also enjoy some of the fun board games they have. We love everything that Social Playhaus has to offer. During pre-pandemic times, I took my son here when he was 6-9 months old. They are extremely hygienic and mindful of the age appropriate needs of a child. We have met up with friends here who have toddlers and everyone enjoys themselves. My husband and I have gone on a Friday night to grab a drink while our LO played. In our current state, we have gone a handful of times for a bite and a drink. The frosé is amazing, delicious but not too sweet. Great beer selection too! Everything we have eaten, which is pretty much everything, is delicious. Standouts are the Manchego and chorizo flatbread and the chicken bites. We felt extremely comfortable with our now 1 year old dining outside during our socially distanced reality. Husband/wife owners Jenny and Marc take special care to ensure the safety and comfortability of their patrons. If you are lucky, you'll have an opportunity to have a conversation with Jenny and Marc and learn about their passion for child development, food and local beer. My family and I went to the Social Play Haus last night for the Harry Potter trivia night and we enjoyed it very much. I had the spiced apple cider and it was tasty and not too sweet or spicy, my wife had a margarita and my daughters had a frozen hot chocolate and a craft beer. We were all pleased with our drinks and had fun with the trivia. The staff was friendly and certainly got into the Harry Potter theme with home made costumes. My older daughter and I have also been there several times for coffee and dessert- try the brownie--and have been pleased. We decided to have our sons first birthday party at Social PlayHaus after a recommendation from friends who had been to the location. The staff went above and beyond to make sure the day went smoothly. From the perfectly-executed custom decor to the friendly and attentive staff, the party was beyond our expectations. Our friends and family have all been letting us know how great of a time they had and how much fun Social PlayHaus is! In addition, as someone who is very conscientious of germs this time of year, I must make mention of the cleanliness of the space. I was thrilled to see that as we were leaving, one of the ProPlay Specialists was wiping down each toy individually. It's the little things like that that set this venue apart from the rest. We took our 2 and 4 yr old girls yesterday and everyone had a blast. We spent 4 hours there with no complaints from the kids bc they were too busy having fun. The entire space was clean and you can tell that mgmt really cares for their customers' experiences when we chatted with the owner on the way out. There was a reported issue with a kid being picked on by another kid in the play area and once reported to staff, they handled it very well--very professional and yet positive w the children it involved. The food and beverages they served looked really reasonable--leave it to my kids to pick yogurt and a cheese stick to eat. We will definitely be back! read more
