Great hidden restaurant located on Eastern and Horizon Ridge. I've been wanting to go to Social Station since it first opened and it finally happened. We walked inside and it wasn't busy at all, which we weren't expecting to see for a Friday night. We sat at a regular table next to the window, where we were handed a menu to look over. I immediately knew that I wanted a cocktail as soon as I looked over the drink menu. However, our waiter told us that they were out of ingredients to make some of the cocktails shown on the menu. Luckily for me, the one that I wanted, called the Social Spritz, was available. This cocktail's main ingredient was grapefruit, with grapefruit vodka and fever-tree grapefruit soda included. One substitute, though, was a lemon garnish instead of a grapefruit garnish, as they had ran out of grapefruits. For food, we shared an appetizer of the Reuben egg rolls served with thousand island dressing right in the center. I thought this appetizer was really good - it wasn't too hot or too cold either. Even the thousand island dressing made them more flavorful. Our entrees were the chicken and waffles (with maple syrup served on the side, of course!) and the crispy pork ribs for Kyle, which was served with cornbread and mac and cheese on the side. Despite finishing all my waffles because they were just that good, I was not expecting the chicken to be too big for me to finish all by myself, so I took them home with me to finish later. New place that opened up here in Henderson so it is a must try. Happy Hour for two ppl is a must ! Mon-Friday 2-5pm, this place offers discounts on their appetizers and have discounted drinks including wells, wines, and beers. Loved the cool cocktail names presenting areas of Henderson. I really wanted to try their popular eggrolls and wanted steak but looks like this place was out of both at the time. Just shows how popular both items are.. Staff is very friendly and checked on us multiple times during our meal. We tried the carrot hummus and the cauliflower dish,both items were flavorful and plenty to share. Wow!! What a great and unique experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful - but not intrusive. They checked on us just the right amount and made sure we were pleased with everything we ordered. The location was easy to get to and the inside is adorable. Some outside seating but not much due to there not being space outside but there are a couple tables. Lots of unique wall art and great layout for privacy whenever you sit . The bar had a big group so I didn't want to snap a photo but it was sleek and the group was definitely enjoying themselves! We had the espresso martini which is my personal favorite drink so I am picky and it was a 10/10. Smooth, tasty and not too strong but not too weak. Hubby got the Anthem Sour.. when I tell you I HATE bourbon and have NEVER drank one that I have liked I was SHOCKED at how good this one was. Delish!!! The Hendertucky was also super yummy. The drinks are on point! We are a very social group and like to share so I got a few bites of everything we ordered. The chicken & waffles (also not a favorite of mine normally) were light and fluffy with just enough crispy on the outside to enjoy "fried" chicken but virtually no grease. And the maple syrup tasted like nectar of the gods. The Nachos with steak were bomb! Not sure if they make the chips fresh there but they sure did taste like it. The steak was juicy and easy to chew, the guacamole again tasted like it was made from scratch with a lime after taste, not too heavy on the cheese and perfectly pickled jalapeños. The Croque Monsieur brought back child good memories of my mom's favorite French restaurant she used to take me to. The sauce blended in with the cheese for a smooth and rich flavorful taste without making the bread soggy. The ham was soft and Smokey. I was as I was too full to eat more. Even as good as the croque was - my favorite and the most unique of all was the Ruben Eggrolls. I was skeptical but my lord I want to go back tomorrow to have a few more bites !!! The smoked thousand island dip literally needs to be trademarked. Bite for bite and drink for drink - Social Station is doing it all right ! Alarming. To say the least. When we arrived and the restaurant was empty, that should have been our first clue. We were instructed to pick any table, and then waited 5 mins to be greeted. Our first waiter, who later told us he was the bartender was very clearly drunk or on some sort of drug/ medication, he struggled to take our order and remember anything, slurring his words, and was unable to keep his eyes open and focus. We ordered a Shirley temple and were brought an Arnold Palmer, we then explained what a Shirley temple was, to the bartender. Our waitress arrived after placing our appetizer orders, and asked what they were again as our original waiter did not put them in yet. The deviled eggs had a runny- watery consistency, and were flavorless. The Ruben egg rolls were just beef and cheese, again completely flavorless. The beef bourguignon was so tough we couldn't get our teeth through it, and again, flavorless, and the mashed potatoes were hard and crunchy. The bread for the BLT was brunt, and when the menu said candied bacon, we got something that appears smoked and with an odd and off putting flavor. The fries were delicious. We did tell our waitress about our dissatisfaction with the meal and she removed everything but the appetizers. Lots of potential but everything was off this night. Will not be returning. read more

Newly opened and soon to be a neighborhood favorite! The Social Station is legit. We walked in on a Sunday at 10:45 and were seated right away. The dining room is open and airy and there is also bar seating! The menu is not large but that's okay. There are some interesting cocktails and great appetizers available! You simply MUST TRY the Grilled Brie! My breakfast Steak was perfect and even though my eggs were not over easy as I ordered the were not overdone so I didn't say a thing to our server, Rosanne who was taking stellar care of us! This spot recently opened up in the Smith's parking lot and I'm so glad it did! Was looking for a bottomless mimosa brunch to hang out with my friends on a Saturday and stumbled upon this place on Yelp. Even though it was around 11am on a Saturday, this place wasn't that busy at all, which was great! It's super cute inside. They have plenty of seating and bar seating, too, and there's a little bit of a patio so when the weather is better, definitely would be nice to hang out there. We walked in and were able to get a table for 8 right away. Our server was amazing and we loved her! She took the best care of us. We ordered the bottomless mimosas for $18, which is honestly a steal for here. One of my favorite things is when the restaurant will give you the mixers and leave the bottle for you to make it to your liking at your table, and this place does that!! Amazing. They have a few different options for mixers, but I stuck with orange juice and cranberry. They do have their own brunch menu, but also had a good lunch menu, too, To eat, we started with the deviled eggs which comes with 4 of them. WOW! These were sooo good. I probably could have eaten all four on my own. We also ordered the donuts because the server told us it was the chef's grandma's recipe. So we HAD to try them. They were SOOO good! To eat, my sister in law and I split a typical girl lunch... Caesar salad with chicken and a side of french fries. Delish! For dessert, they had my favorite, creme brulee. This place is very cute and quaint, with excellent service! We started off with some old fashioned. My dad and bf loved them. For appetizers we got the reuben eggrolls. They are a must try very delicious. The deviled eggs were good but I do wish something about them tasted a little premade. I got the chicken sandwich and my bf and dad got the smokey burger. They were all really good and the burgers were juicy. Fries were nice and crispy. My side salad was nice, big and fresh. Sadly we were too full for dessert but they had some great options. This was our first time at this wonderful restaurant. We arrived right before 5 p.m., thinking there might be a crowd for Happy Hour. There was no Happy Hour, but the prices were so reasonable that it didn't matter. We sat at the bar because they had TVs showing the hockey playoff game. Our bartender, Alexis, was very nice and attentive. My wife loved her drink, "The PainKiller," and so did I! I had the Anthem Sour, which was good. We ordered the Deviled Eggs with Bacon as a starter. They were fine, and the bacon was cooked nicely. They were a little small, which at first we thought was a negative. However, it was nice having an appetizer that didn't fill you up before your entree arrived. My wife got the grilled brie, which was great, and the Spinach salad, which had more croutons than we have ever seen in a salad. I had the beef bourguignon with mashed potatoes, which was extremely tasty! It was a rare time that I finished my entree without taking part of it home to eat later. My husband ordered the Social burger with a side salad~ this burger is quite huge plus was prepared as requested medium rare~ he said it was good and would order it again! I ordered the BLT added avocado. The bacon was DEEELISHHH, the bread toasted perfect not overly greasy, not plastered with mayo either . The avocado was my addition and could have used a bit more, imo, especially since there is an extra charge atleast the avocado wasn't all bruised so that was a plus also the lettuce was chilled to nothing worse than warm lettuce .....now I didn't mention this while I was there (and I SHOULD have!!) I understand that bacon is prepared in advance however if the bacon would have been reheated this BLTA would have been INCREDIBLE , my side was french fries a large portion too, also served luke warm, good crunch tho. I am guessing my meal was prepared before the burger and might have sat awhile. We didn't order anything from the bar but it was nice as an option, our server Julian was also the bartender was very nice, and attentive. All in All, this is a really nice, close option and we will be back for sure. Social Station is just that. It's a place that is clearly built to cater to locals. This little bar and water is both comfortable and casual. The staff are inviting and personable to the point of inviting return visits. Starting with the brunch menu, there are several things to be excited by. Aside from quality brunch cocktails, the brunch portions are diverse. From chicken and waffles or bioche French toast on the heavier end to a watermelon and fennel salad or croque monsieur on the lighter side. The options are delicious and not boring. Or go to the lunch menu. The hamburger is solid, the deviled eggs are shockingly good, and the tacos are the hands double craving you come back for. Looking for an informal early dinner and conversation with friends and have been wanting to try Social Station based on the Yelp reviews. In the south corner of the Smith's shopping center on Eastern and Horizon Ridge. Lots of free parking. No problem getting a table at 5 PM on a Sunday - just a couple of tables and a few at the bar eating when we got there. The bar area is pretty big for the size of the restaurant. There are 9 TVs playing sports channels. We were greeted by Tiffany when we sat down and gave her our drink orders. Service was excellent throughout. Both my wife and I went with the Roasted Portobello Sandwich with a side of fries ($16). Our friend got hers with a side salad. The sandwich had a huge roasted portobello mushroom cap with some crisp onions, truffle honey on a sweet potato bun. Really good! The side of fries was huge (couldn't finish them). After hearing great things about Social Station, a friend and I decided to give it a try on a Saturday night. We made a reservation and were told to pick a table after we arrived and checked in. The restaurant has a bar with some high top tables and the restaurant has booths and tables. They also have outside seating which would be nice when the weather cools down. Our server was Manny, who immediately greeted us. He gave us a few moments to look over the menu and we ordered two cocktails. Our drinks were made fresh to order and the bartender even stopped by our table after a few minutes to see if we liked our drinks. For an appetizer, we chose the crispy Korean cauliflower. It was spicy and had peanuts mixed in so it had a crunchy bite to it as well. I definitely suggest trying it. Other popular appetizers that were suggested to us were the grilled Brie and Reuben egg rolls. They both sounded good and I'll try them on another visit. For our entrees, we ordered the salmon and the bolognese. They came out shortly after our appetizer so we didn't get much time between courses but it worked out. The cauliflower still tasted good with our entrees. My friend enjoyed her salmon and my bolognese was quite tasty. It was a huge portion so I took the rest home. We were too full for dessert but maybe we'll save room on our next visit. On our way out, we were informed of their weekend brunch with bottomless mimosas (with no time limit!) and their football specials. We'll return to try their football and brunch menus. read more

Super cute place. The atmosphere itself was inviting. There's a bar and a good amount of seating. There is no parking near the building unfortunately if you need it. It is all 30 min parking. I ordered the BLT. It had two thick pieces of brown sugared bacon. It was good. Not much to it. Just sandwich bread, slice of tomato and some iceberg lettuce. My husband got a grilled chicken sandwich. Unfortunately the bread was so burnt it was hard and the chicken breast was so shredded up and oddly shaped it barely covered the bread. He was a little dissatisfied with that. The fries were shoestring. They looked amazing but were so hard they would snap. They reminded me of the potato sticks you buy in the can. I'm not sure if that's how they come, both of ours were the same. So if so, I personally don't like my fries that hard. Service was a little rough. There was only one server who was also the bartender so he really couldn't take care of the floor. But it didn't bother us. We understand smaller staff during slower times. This is a new spot we went to last night. Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted by the owner and friendly staff. The place is decorated beautifully, it's simple, clean and beautiful. Our waitress 'Rose' was absolutely wonderful. She was quick to take our orders, make drinks and bring food. Cocktails were on point, we had about 5 different ones collectively. But the bartender was changed halfway through our dining and after that our drinks were not very good. The bartender was also cleaning her nails at the bar and while it's not terrible, just was something we noticed. The appetizers were delicious and loved by even a 6 year old. Our entrees were not horrible but not my favorite part of the evening. The Mac and cheese was my least favorite. Went to this restaurant for the first time yesterday based on reviews that I had seen. It was not even close to reviews I previously saw, the food was not good. It lacked taste and seasoning. Wait staff was awesome, friendly and nice. Food was pretty good. This would have been a 5 star experience if not for 2 personal observations that might not bother others. the music is too loud. I like to eat without straining to talk and hear. Second, I ordered the salmon and didn't finish it. It was a bit dry or overcooked? Maybe this was just new place growing pains? I was here for brunch today with some other ladies, there was 9 of us total and it was all of our first times here. The experience wasn't the best. Our waiter was pretty slow taking our orders, as well as the table next to us; to where she actually had to go up to the bar and ask for him to take their order. It wasn't really busy but we realized he was the only waiter for the entire restaurant. That's too much for 1 person. The food and drink took a while to come out too. After a while, Miguel joined him. I didn't get the name of the other person. The kitchen was out of a lot of food items and the bar was out of some drink items too, so that was a big let down. Also they updated their menu but didn't update it online. I was really looking forward to drinking a Stella cider beer and trying their cauliflower appetizer and was told they were out and no longer served the cider. And they couldn't do bottomless mimosas; I guess they were short on champagne. I don't know. I ordered 1 mango mimosa and it tasted really good. I ordered the Smokey Burger; which I didn't realize that it was supposed to have bbq sauce on it until after I finished, because I didn't taste it at all. Nothing on the burger even looked like bbq sauce. It was just ok; really messy even when I cut it. The patty to bun ratio was off; like it didn't fit, the patty was too thick and everything kept sliding away from the bun. The fries it came with definitely needed seasoning. It tasted like plain fried potatoes. I tried sprinkling salt on it but that didn't help. McDonald's has better fries. Miguel did his best to make us feel comfortable with all of the limitations, but it wasn't a good first impression. He promised our next visit would be much better and to call ahead and let him know. I don't live on that side of town, so I don't see myself going back anytime soon. I believe some of the other ladies were going to take him up on the 2nd visit offer though. Good selection of drinks and nice to see local beer! We had the Rueben Egg Rolls, fall-off-the-bone Crispy Pork Ribs, and flavorful Risotto. Be very cautious about some "sketchy" practices that are somewhat common in Vegas, but when those practices find their way to a "local" establishment...be vigilant! My first visit was today for their locals happy hour. The place is simply decorated, but definitely clean and modern in design. There were perhaps six people inside when I arrived, and was told to sit anywhere. We sat at the bar and was immediately greeted with water by who I assumed was the shift manager. I asked about the happy hour menu and what it entailed to which he said it was a "verbal menu"! Naturally he meant they don't have a printed menu, but with what all took place following this, perhaps there's an underlying reason why it's not printed? We were told Alexis was our server, but after ten additional minutes, and an additional staff member speaking to us about the menu, I still hadn't seen Alexis. The carrot humus was good, but definitely sweet for a humus. The egg rolls are unique, but certainly a worthy order as they were delicious! The giant pretzel was fresh, tasty, and had a nice mustard dipping sauce. After Alexis dropped our food, she never returned to ask how the food was, never refilled waters, missed out on refilling our wines as the manager did that himself, but did return with the check. Immediately we noticed she charged full price for the wines, and full price for the appetizers, and dropped the bill with a $40 markup due to those errors. Alexis noticed us speaking with another server regarding the errors and quickly came over to ask "Oh, was the happy hour discounts not applied?"! How would you know that from 30' away? After confirming that was the issue, she said she would speak to management about "their" errors!! She also took the time to point out that one item was indeed $1 more because we had the wrong menu that management hadn't updated for us?!?! Oh, also blaming it on "It's Friday for me and I'm elsewhere "! You can go on tv here locally and promote to locals all you want. You can promote yourself as "For locals, by locals" all you want. But when you're dishonest from early on, and take the time to tell me one item is $1 more than the menu you handed me, and overcharge me by $40+ and blame it on "management".... you're not for the locals. read more

Only 1 star because my husbands burger was good, fries cold!, as I tried the "talked about" Ruben Egg rolls which was 4 halves of a spring roll filled with mush pieces of corned beef, cheese? and ? sauerkraut! AWFUL! GROSS! DISAPPOINTED & DISGUSTING! Couldn't eat it, didn't want to try anything else but they insisted on something for dessert because it was my Birthday. There are plenty of other breakfast spots to go to in town that offer more value. Wanted to try this place based on a recent Las Vegas Weekly article. The brunch menu on yelp from a month ago is already outdated and the new one is more limited. I wanted to try the eggs Benedict but they don't offer that any more. New brunch menu attached. The service lacked attention to detail. No cheese knife for the baked Brie (which was only warm and not hot and melted) no spoon delivered with coffee ordered, Etc. The build out and environment is nice, but I expected a busy place with high quality food for the price, but it was slow and lacking. I recommend you look elsewhere. read more

Good food, great service! Stopped in to check this place out. It was a Friday night and there was only one other table filled. Nice setting, so I'm guessing people just don't know about them. Our server, Julian was excellent in welcoming us, getting our drink order and making recommendations. We both had the Social Burger, salad and a glass of cab. The burger tasted great. I think it was a cheddar cheese on the burger, but it melted way better than most cheddars. We each had a glass of cab, I cannot remember the name, but it was real good. Only disappointment was the side salad we got instead of fries. It literally was spring lettuce mix and that's it. Lettuce only. We enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere. Hopefully more people will see or hear about the place and check them out. I hate to see places close because know one knew about them. If you're near Eastern and Horizon Ridge, check them out. read more

Adequate would be the word that best describes Social Station. Nothing here from atmosphere to service to food quality or value will make you want to come back. I'm as sad as I am disappointed, as we were really hoping for someplace that makes you think "instead of -insert chain restaurant name- let's go to...", this isn't the place. By locals for locals is right. We need more places that cater to locals. From the moment you walk-in you are showered with greetings and waves. Service continues throughout the meal and all the way up to receiving your check. Tiffany was outstanding. Ok the food. The best part. The Beef Bourguignon is to absolutely die for. Created and cooked by a classically trained French chef. This dish is that good. I'll be back for that soon. The chili shrimp taco was actually an entree but eaten as an appetizer and worked out well. Steak Frites was also classic French cuisine. The tiramisu was yummy too. Saw the brunch menu and can't wait to try that. The ambiance is nice - restaurant portion with tables and booths and a bar area with seating too. Not loud at all. TVs throughout. We were looking for something different close to home and were so happy with this choice! The menu is diverse and interesting and the ambiance and service outstanding. We started with the baked Brie and the buffalo cauliflower- they were both awesome! We had burgers to flatbread to shrimp tacos to chicken wings and everything was tasty. I placed my first order last night, was looking forward to the Reuben Eggrolls, sadly very, very disappointed... I received what I believe to be some sort of tough, fatty beef (maybe chopped steak) with onions but it wasn't cornbeef & sauerkraut. I took a bite and spit it out, not eatable.
