I had informed them that I was already going to be late she told me as long as I was no longer than 20 minutes late I'd be fine I walk in the door exactly 20 minutes late and she tells me that I'm gonna have to come back another day. They were incredibly rude and hostile the energy was off they were very rude and mean I will never come back to this location I can just feel the vibe these people are not nice. The LA location is a completely different energy. This is my final straw in living in Orange County. I am from here and I am done.

I placed an order early in the week (Tuesday) with express two-day shipping, intending for the items to arrive by Thursday at our Airbnb for a weekend celebration. The order totaled over $520 and included gifts for loved ones. The next morning, I received an unexpected cancellation notice with no explanation. I immediately contacted The RealReal's customer service, only to be told that my account was "under review" and that I'd receive a response in 24-48 hours. Unfortunately, I didn't have that kind of time. The representatives were clearly outsourced, uninformed on backend issues, and unable to escalate my concerns or provide any meaningful assistance. Following their advice, I attempted to place the order again. The same thing happened--cancelled without explanation. Two family members also tried placing orders, and all of their transactions were similarly cancelled and flagged for "review." By Wednesday, with no solution and no ability to speak with a supervisor, I tried one final time using a friend's account. Again--cancelled. This was hands down the worst customer experience I've ever had with any so-called luxury retailer. There is no transparency, no resolution, and virtually no real customer support. If you're planning to order from The RealReal, be warned: * Orders may be abruptly cancelled without explanation * Customer service is ineffective and outsourced * There's no escalation path or accountability * Express shipping guarantees mean nothing if your order never processes Search before you buy. The location is beautiful and super easy to find! I had no hidden corners, just a bright, open, and inviting storefront. The shop itself is so nicely decorated, everything feels thoughtfully put together and fun to explore. I came specifically for their Sunday pop-up featuring the Hannah Montana exhibit, and it completely exceeded my expectations. Such a cute and nostalgic experience! On top of that, the service was great (they took as many photos as you wanted for you) everyone was friendly and helpful without being overwhelming. One of my favorite parts is the customizable, limited merch--it makes the whole visit feel even more special and unique. Merch was high value and nice quality so you get what you are paying for. While I've seen their items on social media, I own none of their products. I made a mental note and decided that we could walk back after brunch. Stoney Clover offers bright, fun accessories and bags that you can customize with 3M patches. The can customize and sew the patches on for you in store; they have many options. Anyway, back to me. Amaris greeted me upon entry and told me to let me know if I had questions. I did end up having a question, so I circled back to her. She was so nice! She gave me guidance on what to choose, gave me some suggestions on colors, and then sewed every guy for me. She made sure that everything I chose was brand new from the back and made sure to have everything packaged up nicely. Amaris truly made this experience, and she deserves recognition!
