Today, I purchased a wagon and the young lady who helped me was amazing. She brought the item down, answered my questions, and even offered to carry it for me. She was incredibly kind and deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service. One thing I noticed was that while I was carrying the wagon through the store, the only employees who offered help were female team members. I passed two younger male employees who didn't check in, even though I was clearly struggling a bit. I wasn't expecting anyone to carry it for me, but a simple offer to help would have been appreciated. I also want to recognize the older gentleman outside who checked on me while I was loading my car and made sure I was okay. Overall, this is still a great store. My only suggestion is to encourage all employees to check on customers carrying heavy items. Maybe because I wasn't older or looked like I struggled but it was heavy and seeing me struggle a bit - A small gesture can make a big difference.

He took the time to understand what I exactly needed and did not rush me at all. He was also happy to keep two pairs of shoes on hold in the back while I went to Nordstrom rack. I came back and bought the two pairs of shoes. The Brooks were $170 and the Hokas were on sale for $124 instead of $155. I was a bit disappointed that both pairs weren't less expensive due to the holiday, but it's so important to take care of your feet and I am very happy with my purchases. Jiselle was my cashier and was super friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend.

I lost one of my precious earrings in the changing room and when I went back two days later to inquire about it, they had it in their lost and found!
