I came here after an exhaustive search at Nordstroms and a horrendous experience at Macys for a…read moredecent suit. Robert was the most compassionate, patient and most well versed person in suits. The minute that I walked in, he immediately walked over and assisted me with selecting the right suit and pair of shoes. He listened to all of my requirements and was able to narrow down the best suit for my needs in just a few seconds. Their onsite tailor came out and took all my measurements and even had my suit ready before the week was over! I have a slightly overweight and stocky upper body type -- their tailor worked his magic and made all the right adjustments to my suit to ensure a comfortable and relaxing fit. If you're looking for a cheap one-time suit, this place isn't for you. Their clothes are all imported and are therefore much pricier than department store clothes, though you're paying for the quality and precision craftsmanship. I would rather invest in this amazing line of clothes than keep buying overpriced luxury brand clothing from department stores that lose their color after one wash and fit awkwardly. I highly recommend this clothing store to anyone looking to enhance their wardrobe and stick out amongst the crowd.

When we went to try on and pick up..it wasn't Robert. This man was so rude...he spoke extremely rude to me and was not a pleasure. He might even be the owner. We invested in what to us is an expensive suit $800 and would expect better service during try on and pick up to make sure we were happy. It was the complete opposite!!! We had already paid for the suit. I was very upset with this service and thats why I am here. I wish we would've just come back when Robert was working!!! I will never give this owner my business again or refer my family or friends here.

The associate who helped me, Sarah, instead engaged me with curiosity, patiently listened to my experience with previous shoes, conducted a foot scan, and used her analysis of it all to expertly select top matches for me. I was treated like a fellow running friend of Sarah's, and I was matched with a pair of the Saucony Triumph 24 at a competitive price at my local Fleet Feet Agoura. Aside from my new kicks, I get to continue the relationship and opportunity to learn and grow as a runner through the weekly Wednesday Night Group runs that Fleet Feet Agoura hosts. I already debuted my Triumphs on the fast 5 mile course through the neighborhood! Thank you so much to Sarah and to Fleet Feet Agoura!

He told me to wait 20 minutes he had another and walked away without offering any context or basic customer engagement. I understand retail can be busy, but professionalism is simple: acknowledge the customer, communicate clearly, and manage expectations respectfully. As someone who runs departments in the film and television industry, I can say this plainly - if one of my team members handled a guest or anybody that way, we'd have a serious conversation about standards. Leadership starts with how you treat people in small moments. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. Customer service is what separates a specialty store from a big box retailer.
