She called to inquire about the process and make an appointment but was met with a rude attitude by whomever answered the phone. The person was not interested in explaining the fitting process over the phone and initiating the appointment booking. My vulnerable mother would never leave a review after being disrespected like that, but I wanted to write this on her behalf. After reading other negative reviews, the lack of compassion and good manners seems to be an ongoing issue at this establishment. I have encouraged my mother to look for another store to give her business to and tell her physician not to send any more patients here. Women going through a very difficult and emotional time should only be met with grace and kindness-- NOT HOSTILITY. Other patients beware and know that is not behavior that should be tolerated. Especially for such an expensive product.

I explain what I need I'm about to have surgery and my Dr has requested a certain type of bra. The sales persons measures me. Then explains she'd like me to try a regular bra on first to make sure I'm the size she thinks I am. Long story short. They do not have what I need. She knew this. I told her I have breast cancer I need a bra to sleep in. Waste of my time during a very sensitive time. Obviously she works on commission.

She told me I was the first to rent the outfit (it was new) and I didn't put my costume on until I arrived and all I did was walk around the venue and some of the metal buttons started coming off (thank god I noticed and kept them safe) and I had to re attach them. The material just felt like it was going to rip ( the whole time I was afraid I wouldn't get my deposit back and have to pay $300) I wouldn't rent it if you are moving around a lot or in contact with a lot of surfaces. Overall it was a simple/easy process and it was the perfect vibe I was going for and I got so many compliments on the fit.

Her hair and makeup artist did a great job, even though the extensions I brought were difficult to work with. Brynn explained boudoir to me and showed me samples of what I could expect in the final product as well as the process and timeline. Since I needed the album soon after the shoot, Brynn sent my photos to me the same evening to pick my faves and the album was delivered much more quickly than I anticipated. I wojld recommend this experience to anyone, honestly. You don't have to do it as a gift, you can even do it for yourself. Brynn has a great eye and will make you feel and look your absolute best. She even offered to touch up any insecure areas, you just have to specify what you want. 10/10.

I purchased a camera and my sister and I took our own pictures. Like anything in life, it's all about learning and one thing I felt that was missing was professional level images. I reached out to a local female photographer and we went over ideas and concepts. The shoot went well but I felt like the images still did not meet my expectations. A co-worker had her images done by Robert at Images of Bliss and loved them and said I must reach out. I did a little research before committing and came here to take a look at his reviews. First off, I loved the images! Exactly what I was looking for! One thing that I gathered from all he reviews is that he really enjoys creating art and that he is very professional. So here I am writing a review after my THIRD shoot today! I can say he is one of the most talented photographers out there and that he is incredibly easy to work with! He makes you feel absolutely comfortable and like a model!! He is very patient and so good at posing. I laughed my ass off when he was lying on the ground to show me a pose!!! He never ceased to come up with unique ideas or locations. In fact on todays shoot he said just bring a bunch of wardrobe options and he will find a perfect background. It was sooooo much fun. Like a scavenger hunt! His rates represent his talent but I do need to say that we went over on time on all 3 shoots and he did not charge me any extra. He truly enjoys shooting and I think he can keep going for hours! I do purchase a few images to have retouched but honestly many of the images straight out of the camera are amazing and I like as is!
