He said he was going to charge more b/c the seamstress matched the color of the thread on the hem to the stitching already on the jeans. I thought a seamstress would have basic colors available for their work. This wasn't an unusual color of thread. The pictures showed this suit was not steamed properly, the entire inside lining had wrinkles; the shoulder pad area of jacket not steamed properly and now has discoloration, back of slacks also not steamed properly and has discoloration. The fabric of the suit is no longer the same - it looks like a worned out cheap suit. This was a quality suit, not made of cheap material, and has been dried clean professionally in the past and did not look like this. We would not return as I have never had dry cleaning items returned in this condition.
