They probably had seven or eight little tables in there and it's kind of like a deli atmosphere with a nice painting on the wall and relaxing music. I didn't mind sitting in there to eat lunch by myself, it was a relaxing atmosphere with good food making it a great lunch break option. I ordered a traditional gyro - nothing fancy about it. I enjoyed it and took care of my gyro craving I'd been having! The shop itself has a little Greek deli vibe. You could buy some pre-made items that are ready to go or order fresh while you wait. There aren't many tables, but you could dine in if there isn't a crowd. The shop seems old school (maybe family run?) and is hidden on the side of a little shopping complex. I like little hidden spots that have an old school feel, and next time I want to try a dessert. Fryer grease was extremely old. Fries were dark with black specks of burnt particles from the old unfiltered grease. Fries had no salt or seasoning. Gyro pita was dry and low quality. Used to like this place, but won't be back. Using old grease and not filtering it is an active choice and an insult to customers. read more

Tired of fast food a s in town from Texas visiting family. Mom and Pop places like this exist but Yelp always helps me find them. So I wanted something different and good. The reviews were great so decided to give it a shot. So glad I did! I ordered the Gyros Deluxe. Basically the deluxe adds Feta cheese. Can't imagine not adding that with the extra flavor it adds to it. The young lady at the counter was so nice and helpful. Inside dining is out due to Covid. I was able to sit down inside and wait the 5 minutes as I watched him making it fresh. Ended up eating my late lunch in my truck. That Gyro was Sooooo good! The lamb was tender and just the right amount of sauce, vegetables and Feta. Too many places try to fill with lettuce but not here. The flavor in each bite made me want to order another one. You order at counter and they bring you food. Food is served on paper plates which I am not fond of but it is obviously more of a take out deli than a sit down restaurant. We ordered the gyro deluxe, stuffed chicken gyro and the Greek sampler. Everything was excellent. I did expect the hummus to have more flavor. The spinach pie and side salad were excellent. All the ingredients in the salad were fresh. The chicken in the stuffed chicken gyro was delicious. There appeared to be too much spinach in it but it didn't taste like it was too much. FANTASTIC Gyros! My husband and I love this place. The portions are big and the price is very reasonable. I love the chicken gyros! My husband loves the regular gyro. It is just a little place in a small strip mall. It is nestled between a skateboard shop and a dry cleaners. The seating is just basic chairs and tables with the deli counter right there. We normally just get our food to go but we have dined there. It is very very casual and clean. The mural on the wall is surprisingly pretty and seems out of place compared to the bare bone settings of the dining. We are from Michigan and there are SO many gyro places there. This might be better then anything we ever found in our lifetime in Michigan. With that much variety to choose from that is certainly the best compliment I can give. read more

I've heard Soco's mentioned several times and decided to order the gyro salad and hummus with pita for a little lunch at work the other day. This is a great little place! Gyros, Greek salad with chicken, hummus and pita all delicious! At other places at times salads are lacking enough meat, but not here! Plenty of chicken and the salad is enough for two meals. I always leave with a box and have it for a second meal. The pitas are some of the best that I have had!
