Parking is so close to where the building is. Checked in for X-ray and we barely sat down, they already came out to call my mom. I walked her in then went outside to wait for her and I didn't even finish my phone call that they already walked her out to me in the garden!! This was totally awesome! if you have been to their Orange location, you would know and appreciate this type of timeliness to the max. The doctor only asked us few questions and ordered some labs then scheduled us another visit for physical exam and told us we didn't need to pay again. When we come back, they asked us to pay another $60 without explaining why. We paid again but we received another bill in mail a few days later for more than $300. We asked them to review the billing code to double check if it's correct. They simply replied saying there is nothing wrong with no details. Will not come back again!

You are required to pay high annual membership fees that your insurance will not cover. This could mean thousands of dollars a year more in healthcare costs above what you are already paying. In exchange they promise to give you a higher level of care. I think this is horrible. Healthcare costs are so ridiculously high as it is and now if we start getting more medical practices like this who will only care for those with lots of money where are the rest of us supposed to go?
