We tried adding salt and pepper to cut the intense acidity, but it didn't help at all. The Japan Chicken: On the plus side, the Japan Chicken was excellent--incredibly juicy and crispy. The Fried Chicken sandwich is hearty and balanced with the horseradish, tomato, pickles. It doesn't even need cheese. Rocky Mountain oysters and tender with just enough chew. The breaded cheese curds hold up well to dipping sauces which most normal curds dont. Rocker sauce is good, but never figured out what was in it. Tangy, sweet. Bridger Brewing is one more Montana brewery I got to check off my list in regards to breweries to…read moretry. The beer that I had from this brewery was called Lee Metcalf which was a Pale Ale. It seems like this beer is one of their flagship beers and it's a good one at that! Flavors to find and have a good time with are hoppy, citrusy and floral. The beer is smooth and light bodied which is great! Definitely a fitting summertime beer and especially so with some pizza !
