It included 2 orders of rolls, 5 sides, 2 kinds of meat, and 2 desserts. I was assigned a pick up time of 7pm-8pm, they got my order together and shuffled us out the door. When I got home and was unloading my car, I realized they had forgotten one of the rolls. I called them at 7:23pm and asked if I could come back and get them, and they said "well we are only here for 15 minutes so you need to hurry"..... (when we got there, they had tables full of food waiting to get picked up still so not sure why the rude comment about hurrying was necessary. I understand wanting to go home but YOU chose to do a 7-8pm pickup time and YOU forgot part of my order) I didn't receive any printed instructions on reheating/baking but realized later on that other customers had printed instructions so not sure why we didn't get any for our order. I spent $350 and was very disappointed in the meal. The rolls were hard, the sides lacked flavor, the dessert was just okay. Maybe I had my expectations too high after seeing all of the pictures they had posted of the food. What REALLY gets me is the lack of customer service.. the response from the owner on reviews and via email. That alone made me never want to support this business again, and then add in the wasted $350 meal and now I really won't be back. This used to be my favorite place to take my kiddos for Saturday morning donuts but after seeing the owners responses to customers and how I was spoken to on the phone about the forgotten rolls- I'll find a different local business to support.

We have tried several different sandwiches, and the prime rib is delicious. As a family, we always try to get the specials because we love trying new foods, and they never miss. After moving back to Casper from a larger city, I really appreciate the variety of cuisines they offer here. The take home meals are such a win too. They are healthy, delicious, and perfect for busy nights when fast food or a frozen meal feels like the only option. There is always something new, something different, and it is always delicious. If you have not stopped by since they shifted to a more food focused cafe, I cannot encourage you enough to give them a try. I promise you will want to come back. Also, all the sweet treats here are great as a sweet tooth connoisseur. Their legit take on the viral chocolate in a tart is a 10 out of 10. And the coffee bar is really good. My husband gives the coffee a gold star, which is not given lightly. I am really picky about matcha, iykyk, and they actually use real matcha. Easily the best matcha latte in town. They also have honestly great prices for coffee drinks. Lastly, again, support local and totally put Grant St. on your map as a regular stop for meals and caffeine pick me ups.

It is not just a grab and go situation! Also, they could be clearer on prices for things displayed for sale on the shelves. Trying to flag down a server or ask them prices is a hassle for both the customer and the server. Just put a price tag on the corresponding shelf, at least! Their prices for the drinks are about the same as other chain coffee/tea places, maybe a tad bit more expensive (price vs. volume/size options). I am not sure about the food items as I did not have any. It is a wonderful little shop. Good for older couples, or people just wanting to spend time with each other without too many distractions. People who have time to kill and those who just want to chat, face to face. The drinks were pretty good. I had a blended iced caramel macchiato with whip cream. It was really nice. My daughter had a Blue Lotus energy drink with Blue Raspberry flavoring and she really enjoyed it (the menu above the counter doesn't tell you which items use the flavors list, so be sure to just check the flavors list, in case what you decide to get might sound like something you need flavorings for!) Fairly centrally located downtown so a lot of stores are just a jaunt away.

Having food thrown at my open mouth and drinking crappy $3 cooking sake out of a food service bottle is something you do once, maybe twice if you have a sake bomb first. Only 1 to 2 tables are used at a time now with a decrease in the Wow factor. Hibachi aside, the sushi and full menu here is mostly good and some very reasonably priced. Lunch sushi deals are great. The 2 & 3 roll combo w/ miso are a great deal. The sushi & sashimi the same. Sashimi/Nigiri cuts are large and well done. What ever cleaning product they use on the floor is my biggest complaint. Not sure if it's the quaternary ammonia or something else, but it's strong in the booth area. An area I find very comfortable and inviting. Service is usually good. I've had 4 out of 20 orders with a mistake, but it's always fixed quickly and most of the time a language barrier issue. So glad they have what's called a scorpion on the drink menu. Also known as a volcano, a two person flaming volcano rum punch. Conveniently located next to the movie theatre, a great place for a meal before a flick.

The restaurant was clearly busy and the hibachi side was absolutely packed. We asked for a booth because we didn't want to sit on the hibachi side with 400 kids yelling and running around and the huge crowd that came with them. That's completely fine, we just wanted a booth away from that instead. We were told it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait, so we sat down. During that time, more people kept coming in and were being seated at what seemed like squeezed-in spots at the hibachi grills with all of these kids, but I specifically noticed that nobody was leaving the restaurant. Forty-two minutes later we were finally told our booth was ready. As we walked back, I immediately said to my friend, "Nobody has left, how would a booth magically become available after we've been waiting all this time?" Then we got to the booth section and every booth was empty except for one family in the back. So now I'm wondering why I just sat there for 40+ minutes. We sat down, ordered drinks, got them, and then were asked if we wanted appetizers. Once we started looking through them, she said, "Oh, by the way, if you want anything that has sushi, it's gonna be at least another 30 minutes because we don't have a sushi chef on staff right now." Sushi was the whole reason we went there. We looked at the menu and decided to leave. We put cash on the table for the drinks because she never came back. On the way out, we told the lady at the front we weren't going to wait another 30 to 45 minutes for simple sushi. Another customer waiting overheard us and asked what was going on. My friend told her they didn't have a sushi chef on staff and couldn't realistically provide 90% of the menu people were coming there for. Her response was simply, "Wow." I think the first thing customers walking in should hear is: "Hey, we currently don't have a sushi chef on staff, so unless you want to wait a really long time, we can't realistically provide sushi right now." We had already waited 42 minutes and then were being asked to wait another 30+ minutes minimum. Asking people to wait well over an hour for sushi is wild. I can't comment on the food because we never got that far.
